These guys never disappoint any time I have used them. We have a 5000 sq ft, 3 level home with an upstairs Master Suite that just bakes in the summer months. In July, August and September, we end up sleeping in the guest bedroom in the basement because the upstairs is unlivable. In the winter, the basement is very cold and its difficult to spend time down there without firing up the space heaters. Unfortunately, the previous owner only installed a single condenser and furnace and it simply cannot keep up in the summer. Tom came over and gave us a consult on establishing a three zone damper system for our heating and air-conditioning system to mitigate the temperature disparity. He was very thorough in explaining how it worked, what kind of results we could reasonably expect and the costs associated. We agreed that it would be a more cost effective and less invasive option than installing an additional furnace in the attic and having to reduct. John, Frank & Kevin showed up for three consecutive days to complete the install. They were on time each day, put down tarps over the carpet and were very clean and tidy. They cleaned up their tools each day before leaving. They were friendly, personable and I felt very comfortable leaving them alone in my home each day after I let them in in the morning. When the install was complete, John walked me through the system and explained the work they had done. Their professionalism and expertise are unmatched. If you are looking for a great HVAC company that is reliable and affordable, give these guys a call!

Our a.c. went out on the 23rd of June. The next day I called many places for someone to come but no one could. So I got on the wait list of Just Right. It turned out they could come late that night. At 8:45 p.m. the nicest man came and checked it out and told us it was dead and we would need a new one. I called around and got quotes and met with Tom from Just Right and decided as long as we were getting new a.c. we would replace the furnace too, that was old. Tom brought us a portable cooler, which saved us!!! He scheduled the installation. He answered all my questions, listened to me, and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was telling him how happy we were with the lady who got someone here and the man that came. Come to find out, it was the co-owner Dan Dearden who had come that night. Amazing!! Our a.c. guy, Sid, and our furnace man arrived on time and did a great job with a huge job installing both the a.c. and furnace, and thermostat. We were so impressed with the caring of this company and the quality of work, and we will never ever use anyone again but them again. They are honest, trustworthy and CARING....what more can you ask for? Thanks you Just Right! We will recommend you to everyone!

Initially, I was very frustrated with my experience. I was told by the technician that my condenser fan was broken and would cost $630 to repair. He said he had the part on his truck and could fix it on the spot. When I declined the offer and said I needed to think about it, the technician suddenly found the part for much cheaper on his computer system and said he could do it for $480. I was worried I was being taken advantage of and did not get the repair done. When I wrote a negative review of my experience, I was very shortly contacted by the business and was immediately refunded the $69 diagnostic because of my negative experience. They also called me and emailed me to explain what happened to account for the initial price misquote (new technicians and software). They offered to do a free tune up on the air conditioning. Though I already had my air conditioning repaired by someone else before I got their call, I was very impressed by their customer service and would feel confident calling them in the future.

This is the most professional HVAC company I have seen. Jordan just installed a new furnace yesterday in my house. As it turns out, I knew the furnace was having problems and got 4 bids. Before I made my final decision the furnace totally broke down. Just Right had the most professional sales rep, and he had proposed Trane equipment. In addition they were the second least expensive of the four bids. When my furnace broke down over the weekend, Just Right had the new furnace installed within 24 hours of my call that my furnace had broken down. They also offered to bring some space heaters during the interim. My 20 year old furnace was much bigger than the new furnace. Jordan had to make some adaptations with sheet metal. Very professional job, and did not use even one inch of duct tape. And he completely cleaned up after himself, taking all the trash with him in the truck. Throughout the process he kept a cheerful attitude. This company is great to work with.

We had a little problem with our furnace so we had a company come out and do a tune up and check to see what might be the problem. Our furnace was only 9 years old so I was totally stunned when they told me I needed a new furnace. We felt that we needed another opinion so after checking online for a good company, we noticed that Just Right Heating and Cooling was Gephardt approved, which was significant to us. We called and they sent out their technician Jeff within an hour or so. After a thorough check of the furnace, (he actually removed the blower and crawled inside to examine things) he told us that our furnace certainly did not need to be condemned and he was quite sure the problem was simply caused by a dirty heat sensor. He did this at no charge and did not even attempt to try and sell us a new furnace. If I every need help with our furnace in the future we will be calling Just Right.

We were having issues with our AC last summer. I called Just Right Air after reviewing several sites and comments. The Tech came at the scheduled time, did a great job getting our AC working again. He then took the time to show me some things we could be doing differently. When it came time to pay, I was really pleased that the price was not overly high. He also offered me a maintenance plan they have. I bought it and as most often happens, forgot about it. Well, we got a post card in the mail from them reminding us that they owed us a visit. Perfect timing as our thermostat was acting up. I called and they were able to send a tech to our home at our convenience. He came, did the maintenance and then installed a new thermostat. Aso, gave us some pointers, (some were the same as before). I am very pleased with all they have done for us to this point and look forward to more!

I have used Just Right previously and they did a great job. Last week, my blower motor got a short and I called to have them come take a look at it. My technician (wish I had caught his name!) showed up right after I got there, only to find my house had been burglarized. Needless to say I was in shock and he truly went above and beyond to help me figure out what was going on with the break in and my furnace! He helped me get my place secure again and dealt with my 30+ year old furnace. The new motor was expensive and he gave me a discount but overall, such a nice guy. In regards to their prices, Just Right puts the diagnostic fee towards the price of repair, which several other companies did not. I would definitely recommend this company and in particular, the technician who helped me through. Thank you! - Danielle H

Just Right was the company we decided to go with to get a new AC and heater for many reasons. Tony was amazing when he came out to give us his bid.....he spent quite a bit of time looking over everything and gave us bids for all the systems we requested. Their price was very reasonable and they did a wonderful job installing it. John and Zack came out and installed the system and they were neat and clean the entire time along with being very friendly. They went over everything with us before they left. I like how Tony came back the next day to make sure it was installed correctly and to find out if we had any questions or concerns and our feelings about what we got. Great company to work with......great people to work with as well. Definitely will recommend this company.

I enjoyed working with the entire team at Just Right. I met them at the Spring home show and visited with Tony. I visited with nearly all the HVAC booths and felt that the Just Right guys were the only ones that knew what they were doing and cared about the customers. Tony, my salesman, spoke my language – explained things in a way that I could understand. Tony explained his options with the benefits but never pressured me to buy. Tony did a great job of answering questions. The installers were excellent and friendly. They explained what they were doing throughout the process. I have been very impressed with the quality of service that I received. I called Just Right with the intend to just get a quote, but the price was excellent and there was no pressure to buy. I thought it was very courteous of the employee to give my husband and I some private time to converse. Frank arrived on time to start installing our furnace. Frank was very friendly and answered all of my questions. He went out of his way to complete his task and to walk me through all the paperwork. I would highly recommend this company. I was floored with how experienced and confident this company is. While I was shopping around for a new a/c unit this company stood head and shoulders above the rest. They offered me a higher quality product at a cheaper price than the lower quality products offered by other companies. In addition, I received emails from the company with valuable information. This information included other companies they would recommend if I chose someone else. It also included several professional research articles from third parties which talked about how to evaluate a company and how to choose a new a/c unit. In summary, THIS COMPANY ROCKED.

We have been customers of Just Right Air for about three years. We regularly maintain our heating and cooling unit and always trust the work they do. We recently needed to replace our heating/AC units and were treated with great the same great service as always. They gave us estimates on several options and were on time for the appointment and completed the work faster than the promised time. They informed us of several rebates that were available and helped us apply for them. Every staff member we have met has been professional, trustworthy and efficient. Our new system runs great! After looking at reviews I called Just Right on a Friday afternoon to look at my nonfunctional air conditioner thinking I could probably live with it until they could get out here next week. But to my surprise they said they could have someone come out today. Jason showed up on time was wonderful to deal with and let me know it was just the thermostat, and then offered multiple options for replacement. He quickly installed the one that I chose, showed me how to use it and also gave me info on my overall system. He was a joy to deal with as were the folks on the phone. Will definitely use Just Right Air again.

Not impressed, and will not be using again. Requested 45 minutes notice, only received 15 minutes. Technician was not able to answer my questions about what he was performing for the tune-up and did not provide check list of tune-up as is standard for Just Right Air. I looked up what they are supposed to do online, and I am positive he did not do all of those items, and on top of that used our own filter when I new one it supposed to be included... Poor representation and bad taste in my mouth after this tune-up, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Highly overpriced for what I received.
