Stay away. Their rates are very high compared to other insurance providers and the coverage is very poor. When you call for information you are put on hold for a long time and then are transferred a couple more times. Then the person will not be able to answer your questions anyway. They also have some dental coverage. However, dental providers refuse to see you when they learn you are a UCare patient. Even if you have an individual dental policy, the "bad blood" between UCare and dental offices interferes with your receiving service. Why MN allows them to exist - poor coverage. Look elsewhere - you will be much happier.

The gal i spoke with was so wonderful and helpful with getting me numbers for dentists that might cover me for a stinking cleaning people! But- i will have you know, most of the providers on their list are not seeing new patients and do not accept Ucare!

very rude service, agents refuse to get supervisors, was called a racist while the agent thought she had me muted, supervisor was even argumentative, the state needs to review the calls and clean house

This insurance company is trash. They do not cover any visits to IN Network visits. My wife is constantly getting repeat bills and has spent hours on the phone correcting their errors. Go elsewhere
