This company has destroyed my life. Here is why #1 I had this insurance through my company, and I would pay into this insurance every week!! I had a kidney stone, worst pain of my life. They covered nothing for it. Then I went to the dentist to get a filling done, got a call back from the doctor confirming theu were covering it. Yeah, i bet u can guess what happend... 4 months later the dentist notifies me that he was never paid. I call them and they tell me that I wasent covered for those services until I was with them for 3 months!!!!! Why would I pay into this insurance every week if u wont cover a portion of what was asked, and not even cover me at all when I would pay you every week. Con artists!! stay clear away from this insurance.

I decided not to go with them and canceled my application and told them not to charge me. the lady on the phone said she canceled it . but then i see my account and they took money out of my account and now i am screwed with money.

Ive only had to call once and that was yesterday and the lady i spoke with (i believe her name was tory) was very polite and professional. She resolved my problem plus a few other things i had issues with.

They are awful! I talked to three different reps from UHC and they all tell me something different of why they are taking care of my claim. They never follow up, even when asked to.
