WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVIENCE, BUT THIS IS OUR SERVICES WE HAVE TO OFFER. THANK YOU TSCU This is an ACTUAL response I got from this CU. They are rude and constantly reply with these kinds of remarks when you inquire about problems with the 3rd party web banking they use. I have been a member for 20 years, I am not wealthy, my grandmother and parents are and they receive VERY different treatment (which I guess is the norm) but it still sucks to be treated as a second class customer. Desert Schools CU has MUCH better customer service. I also was buying a new truck and even though I filled all of the criteria that the TSCU had on base auto loan approval, I was denied the loan. The dealership, an Earnhardt’s, said that the TSCU is the worst at loaning money. The dealer said that they always decline people for no discernible reason and that I should not worry because Desert Schools or Wells Fargo would finance me, and Wells Fargo did and at cheaper rates than the TSCU rates were. I won but still had to make two trips, post purchase, to the dealership to finalize payments and financing...who wants to do that!? All in all I would rate AZ Fed CU, Desert School CU and even the big conglomerate banks a WAY better option than TSCU. Tempe Schools employees are rude, their web site sucks, and their hours stink. Do as you wish though, this is just my opinion.

I opened an account with Tempe schools Credit Union in 1988. I was never charged a Service Fee to keep my money in a checking or savings. Landings CU buy’s them out and now I’m being charged $7.50 a month to have an open account. What am I being charged for Landings CU?. They also stopped all overseas wire transfers. Landings, Kiss my Ars!!!!!! Tim

The manager was INSANELY helpful and more than PATIENT as we notarized and made certain everything was in order. Talk about great customer service!
