Absolutely hate this credit union. After years of using banks I finally decided to go with a credit union and man was I disappointed. I have never had this many issues before with inaccessible accounts, cards not working, atms broken, the list goes on. I will be closing my account and returning to Bank of America despite their monthly fees. At least I know I can get to MY money.

Always understaffed. 10am, 2 tellers and 3 guest service account people. Always like this. Terrible. As far as the employees? Excellent. That why 2 stars. The ATM is not very safe and there are no -"No loitering / Trespassing" signs posted.

I really hate that there is no drop box ... I have a loan with Golden 1 however it is not my bank, I cannot alwAys make it during business hours and do not have an atm card, and often need to drop off my payment but cant

Nearly impossible to get any help or service. Card constantly declined because anything and everything looks "suspicious" to them. Looking for new bank now.

Customer service is good, coin machine is free if you have a certain amount in your account and wait times can be a little while but not too long

Worst bank in the world. Switching banks asap. Card declines all the time and I get locked out of my account every time I go to use it.
