I dont know why people are complaining about this bank. When Its clear that Its the customers that are the problem. If someone is parking in the handicap, then Its the people that are coming to the bank that are Not RESPECTFUL Not that actual workers. I dont bank with Chase but I do come to this bank for business reasons. They are alway helpfull friendy and very considerate, considering how rude some of the clients can be. Ive never had a bad expeience at this bank from an employee, it is some of the customers that are rude. Maybe people that come TO this bank need TO rate themselves and see how many stars you get.

Poor customer servive, i lost my purse with my id , social securitu card , debit card, i go in trying to get a new card, i told them i know my social security# by heart, my id # by heart, i know when the last deposit was, where i used it last, how much i spent last and still they guy with grey hair didnt replace my debit card

I really dont understand people expextions i lived in other cities and this one seems to have there things under control. They even have a gretting person you dont rarely see that every day. Friendly staff and trying there best.

They let a car dealership cash a check I wrote and did not have enough money to cover it so they charged me a $34 over draft fee also on top of that and left me no money for food or to put gas in my car

Horrible!! Closed about 10 teller windows and add three big atms so now if you need to see a teller theres only two so youre gonna have a long wait

Yes, free is best. Overcrowded location during peak periods with everyone parking in handicap spots because they are very lazy and inconsiderate!
