This bank is money driven and could care less about the customers they serve daily. The bank is under new management and now the bank is all about finding ways to charge you with fees so the bank can profit. I have been a member for many years but now I will part ways because of the new management. The website is always down along with any other service they provide for you to see your account and keep track of it.

Wow! lots of fees. Its like the credit union from outer space. No mac machine use without fees, nowhere to deposit, no sub branches close by, no customer service when you need it, and slow turn around time. Thought I would get more for the $115.00 per month in fees that they take. Might be a pain to quit but probably well worth it in the long run. So if you are thinking of joining....think twice.

I have been with the credit union for the past 20 years and love them. We have had some ups and downs but all things considered on of the most agreeable and easier financial institutions to navigate. I Would Encourage Anyone to Join Riverfront without hesitation

The absolute worst credit union I have ever dealt with. They are unwilling to work with you in any way and they love putting the fees on your account. Glad I only have a loan with them. I’d never put my money in this credit union.

Terrible service. After waiting on line for five minutes, message said they are too busy and call back later. Then hung up on me. I will be looking for a a credit union that is better able to satisfy all of its customers.
