My previous experience coming there wasn’t nice – I ve got some problems with depositing money at ATM and the best thing manager could do was suggestion to call to ATM claim department. I was waiting in the line for someone told me things I had already known but not even trying to help me to solve the problem. But this time I came to open my saving account. The different manager her name is Ani Varghese Thambi did everything very professional and quick. And even gave an advice how to avoid monthly fee using my card. That was nice! I believe we couldn’t say if service good or bad in the place it mostly depends on people we contact with.

Friendly Staff, super fast response, and they even gave me a credit card without having credit score (just landed in this beautiful country). Best bank in town. If you are a resident alien, come to this bank.
