I was a newly divorcee with two small children when my water heater broke down, I had no one to turn to. In the process I also had quickly find a Financial Institution that would take care of my family need in case of emergencies. I walked into PFCU sat down and explained my emergency, two days later I had a new water heater installed and have never locked back. This is a edited review. I went from hating this place to loving then. They have totally changed from when I started to bank with them. The only reason they are not 5☆ is the hours. They need a branch that is open Saturday. When they have Saturday hours they will be the best bank/credit union I have ever stepped foot in.

3 days to apply for auto loan that they then denied. Went down to another credit union with no problem. Pretty sure this is the worst place i have been and they lack any communication to possible customer
