My experience with Peachstate Insurance was extremely satisfying! Lillys was truly knowledgable and very experienced! She made sure that I understood every step of the policy and all that was included! There was always certain things that I never understood regarding insurance and she made me feel comfortable enough for me to ask! After I asked, she answered and cleared up so much information that I had backwards. Lillys also gave me a follow up call to make sure that I was doing well and was satisfied! To me, it was absolutely excellent customer service and I felt appreciated! The premium was very affordable and Lillys helped me get there! I want to recommend her to anyone looking for insurance or inquiries! Her name is Lillys and she will take good care of you!

The purchasing process was a breeze. Lillys gave me an excellent service (and still is) excellent. I received my vehicle late due to issues with the liendholder. The inconvenience of having to get the right coverage (as requested by the Bank and the back-and-forth phone calls were a bit of a pain). She helped me all the way. She was so great [in fact] that my wife was thinking about purchasing her next vehicle with sooner, because one thing that delayed her to do so... was precisely been so worry about Insurance.... well not anymore, She made her feel secure and optimistic... and you know Happy Wife, Happy Husband .
