The experience I have of this company is that as the only I could make this comment is coming here to the system and forces me to put a estrella.que is no Merese for the reason that Cohen llamas.no tel workers the times and hido they are doing story. I made a cancellation of my house insurance and reported the cancellation 20 days llame.me parese that they are not doing their job, I recommend you do not catch this agency Prices The tuenen nut high as prices rise too Elllos commissions compared with other agency thanks

Being a current customer I would not recommend this Insurance Company to any friend or family member, due to the fact that They have an extremely poor customer service, do not provide customers with all the details regarding his/her policy, assuming that You are aware of all of the insurance jargon wanting to sell you extra coverage even if You do not ask for it or if You do not need it. If they keep treating customer this way, I personally see them losing business forcing customers just like myself and many others, to file an official complaint with the Office of Insurance Regulation in Tallahassee, Fl.

Improper sales tactics, use of misstatement, and sliding along with fear tactics to receive extremely high down-payment. Agent Yamilet Torres initially issued a quote of ($308 for down-payment & $266 per month)then increased to ($600 for a down payment & over $400 per month). Agent Torres then refused to answer my phone calls & cancel policy in timely fashion. I am now stuck paying for a policy that I wanted cancelled immediately for improper sales practices. I found a new policy with Progressive (NO Down-payment & 155 per month) -- I urge consumers to avoid Consolidated Insurance Nation

Listen to the people who complain about poor customer service. I have called 4 times now and still have not resolved my policy update. No reply to any voice messages, 2 weeks to get anything resolved. They simply do not care.
