If I had a choice these people would get no stars. They need to be shut down! I was in a car accident where an off duty officer ran a red light and tboned me. Luckily I had already dropped my 3 month old and my 2 year off, because he would have hit the side they sit on. My 10 yr old was in the car in the back. I was riding totally legal. I had license, insurance, and my son and I had our seatbelts on. I was given the ticket for running the red light and they also took my license for asking questions, Since i wanted to know why i was being given the ticket. There was a witness on the scene disputing what the police were trying to say I did. But the police told him they didnt need his statement. The way the police and these "lerner" people handled this whole situation was all wrong. The lerner people didnt even call me back. I had to call them back ALL THE TIME. And on top of that, they had me going to therapy for my arm that is STILL DAMAGED only to tell me after I CONTACTED THEM, that my case was dropped since I got the ticket. SO DISAPPOINTING! Wish I KNEW A REEEEAL LAYER!!!

Took to long to close my case. They cut $83 administration fees. They come to my house after 30 min after my call and signed the papers and I was very happy and then they lost for months. not recommended at all.
