Being new to the Chicago area, Mike was recommended to me by my real estate agent to assist in the closing of a condo that I was buying. I could not be more pleased with his efforts and communication throughout this process. His handling of matters was clear and direct. Whenever I had questions about the process, he replied quickly and with relevant guidance. He apprised me of upcoming steps in the closing process, while not overwhelming me with too much information or legalese. Quite simply, he was very efficient. Compared to my previous two closings, this one was a breeze, and Mike deserves a lot of credit for that. Not only will I recommend him to others, but also I am looking forward to working with him in the future if need be.

Michael helped us purchase our very first home as a family and let me tell you, he was the absolutely amazing. The first contract unfortunately fell through because of appraisal issues but we were SO satisfied with his services that we hired him again for the second contract (one month later) without any hesitation! He is always available, cordial, respectful and on time. No question was too small or insignificant for us to give him a call, and he always gave us the best advice.
