I came in for a copy of a wire there were two people ahead of me and one of them was only seeking a bank statement copy we sat waiting for 45 min and there were three representatives plus the manager and it literally took me more that 1 1/2 to get a copy. I stated that I was unhappy of their service and they only came up with an excuse to having a busy agenda. I guess customers should have all the time of the world.
