IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE RUDE AND OUT TO GET MONEY. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM CIERRA STATING I HAD NO INSURANCE COVERAGE I STATED SHE SHOULD CONTACT MY INSURANCE COMPANY BECAUSE MY POLICY WAS UP TO DATE SHE STATED SHE WOULD GIVE ME A CALL BACK BUT NEVER DID, ONLY FOR ME TO WAKE UP THE NEXT MORNING AND MY CAR HAD BEEN TOWED!!!! AFTER CONTACTING CREDIT FINANCIAL THEY STATED I WOULD HAVE TO PAY $300 REPO FEE $75 TO TOW COMPANY AND I WOULD NEED TO PAY MY CAR PAYMENT WHICH ISNT DUE FOR 2 MORE DAYS UP FRONT IN ORDER TO GET MY CAR BACK. BUT AFTER SPEAKING WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY INSURANCE AND THEY STATED THEY TALKED TO NOONE ABOUT MY COVERAGE WHICH CREDIT FINANCIAL STATED THEY DID. MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE THEY ARE ONLY OUT TO GET FREE MONEY FROM PEOPLE AND THEY ARE VERY RUDE WHEN YOU CALL, I AM NOW OUT OF $375 FOR SOMETHING THEY COULDVE AVOIDED PLEASE RUN FROM THIS COMPANY AND ALSO LOOK AT OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE WITH THIS COMPANY

My boyfriend jusy got a mervedez benz from ride now he had if since February and been making his payments on time after being only 12 days past due they reposesed the car with no notice for only being 12 days late. They called him to let him Know his insurance has elapsed and he needed to have insurance before they repoed the car. So he payed the 500 on insurance to prevent them from repoing the car and they repoed the car anyway from 12 days of a late payment. They are full of BS!!!! Dont ever buy a car from ride now motors!!! ever!!

NEVER working with these people again, BAD attitude do NOT know how to talk to people. had a car repoed after ONE missed payment claimed they auction the car off gave me NO noticed and then turned around and sent a 4000 dollar bal to my credit report WTH and says well we had no idea where u were living BUT they sent the notice to my old address and now claim the car is still in the auction yard not sold. NEVER working with these people again

I have never had any issues from CFG or Ride Now Motors. The customer service is great and I love my car. If you want to buy a car that will never need repairs (impossible), buy it from a new car dealership. These are some of the risks that come with buying a used car. In fact, the staff has been more than understanding and helpful with any problems I had. 5/5 would recommend.
