Interesting note on Well Fargo for you guys. After several attempts to find out what security is associated with my mortgage I finally wrote a letter asking that question to the correct office of Wells Fargo. (they have 10 days to respond) Received a letter back; along with mortgage documents which state my mortgage is owned by Freddie Mac. Here lies the problem. My loan is not owned by Freddie Mac, but another security. I checked with Freddie online, and called a local WF office to verify that information. It gets better...... The loan documents I received with my letter stating that Freddie Mac had this mortgage included documents belonging to another party with a mortgage with WF. Even though the account and loan number are listed on the letter I received the mortgage documents belonging to two women (I will not name) living in FL. Hmmmmmmm. I called the person who drafted the letter only to get into the WF email system, left a msg regarding the error and asked her to return my call. That was 8 days ago...... No call as of this date, and suspect no one will call as this seems to be the way WF operates. I would post the letter but there is no way to scan that info into the review.

"Wells Fargo in Monticello MN is just full of trash."Anyone who gave it more than 1 star is probably related to a worker there.Also they have a employee there that is a older bald man kinda hefty.He is married and tends to talk very flirty and inappropriate to women quite disgusting and i speak from experience.Hope your wife reads these reviews.

The worst bank ever, every excuse in the book why funds are not available, even when I talk to the bank that the check came from. They say it cleared days ago. But wells Fargo says otherwise.

Never answer their phones...try 4 days in a row. Had to physically go there to ask a question about a check. Very unhelpful!
