She ran quotes through numerous companies and was able to get me lower rates than my previous insurance company even came close to. I know that anytime I have a question I can call and get great customer service. Never been happier!

They have the worst customer service you will ever find. Everyone wants to pass you off to someone else or make you jump through hoops to get anything done no matter how small or simple. This office has gone from great to completely incompetent. Insurance is too important of a thing to trust the lazy people in this office.
