Called to get an auto quote, the guy answered the phone saying, "Hello?" ... So I immediately thought I had the wrong number. After asking, I asked for an insurance quote, the guy rudely said "I am too busy to give a quote today unless you stop in." I would have been perfectly fine with an apology and to have wrote my name and number down to call when he was able to. Completely rude & hope nobody would consider this place because that is not a professional way to treat customers!
