We have been Reliable customers since 2013 when we purchased a new Trane heating and cooling system. The service was excellent and the install went perfectly. Our maintenance appointments have always gone well and have been completed by very friendly and courteous technicians. Over the past 6 weeks we have had several Reliable employees at our house helping with our kitchen remodel. From plumbers and electricians to your home improvement division. Regarding electric, James, Tim and Scott were kind, friendly and courteous. They explained what they were going to do and why. Their work was excellent. Regarding plumbing, Pedro is who has been helping us with our kitchen remodel from the beginning, has provided both plumbing and gas line services. Pedro is friendly and courteous and his company is very enjoyable. His work was nothing short of excellent. We were very satisfied and he was able to get our kitchen ready for the next step of our remodel. Recently Glenn came out to look at a job regarding venting our gas grill on our indoor/outdoor patio. He was friendly and courteous and he has been very communicative regarding the prospective project. Thank you for the wonderful, top-notch employees that you hire. It has been a great experience working with those mentioned in my review.

Barry came to the house and he was very knowledgeable and polite. (5 stars). We needed a new ignitor for our WeatherMaker 8000. This part is $29 (retail/online) but Reliable charged me $227.00 for the part plus the 20 minutes Barry took to unscrew the ignitor, strip two wires and put it back together. The $316.00 charge ($227 part plus the $89 show up fee) was extremely excessive (0 stars). UPDATE - I received a follow up call today from Reliable to discuss my dissatisfaction with the part price. They offered to refund the $89 show up fee to help offset the cost of the repair which I accepted. It is refreshing to see that customer satisfaction is taken seriously at Reliable as they did not need to offer up the partial refund (5 stars). It was never my intent to write a review to try to get a refund. If that was my goal I would have called them first. I hope that this review will help the next person think about doing some research (which I did not) before calling a service provider. I could have saved myself a couple of hundred dollars by doing it myself. I am moving my rating from 1 to 4 stars because of the professional way in which the Reliable staff handled my service and review.

Worst experience and customer service I have encountered in a long time. A technician came out to check my thermostat and service my HVAC in June. Throughout the night I noticed the heater was not coming on in the same unit that was supposedly checked and serviced back in June this was the first time I have attempted to use the heat on that component As I didn’t think to check the heater in June July or August. I contacted reliable and explain the situation and they told me it was my fault for not checking the heater component after it was serviced in June and they only had a 30 day guarantee and would charge me $90 to come out and look at the same unit with the same exact problem That I encountered back in June.The manager that I spoke with was very rude and definitely did not stand by their 100% customer satisfaction guarantee to say the least there are multiple agencies out there that provide better service and quality and I will never use reliable again nor recommend to anyone.

Absolutely AMAZING!!!! Our AC went out (struck by lightning) and Reliable had a sales Rep to our home within hours. Tom was fantastic and walked me through everything which was great because HVAC is not exactly my wheelhouse. Tom spent 2 hours helping me to understand how everything works and advising me of the best options for my home and family. Knowing that time was of the essence (it was 90 degrees outside) he had me a quote with 3 different options the very next day and even spoke with my husband on the phone when he had a question at 9pm. They were able to schedule us for 2 days later. Jorge was our installer and his team worked non-stop from 9am-7:30p to ensure that our new system was up and running. I am extremely impressed with this company and would recommend them to anyone! As a bonus- they have a 10 year parts AND labor warranty. It will be so great to literally not have to worry about my heat or AC for 10 years! Thanks Reliable, Tom and Jorge!!

Connor and his apprentice showed up exactly as scheduled (even providing a courtesy call 30 mins prior to arrival to let us know they were on the way). We had them install two split-systems at our home in the same day, although they were under-manned (a project of this size required two crews if they were both to be completed same day) they pushed through and worked just under 15 hours straight to make sure that we were not without air conditioning over night. The installation looks perfect! They paid attention to all of the small details and it showed in the work that they completed. I am a contractor by trade so I am picky and critical when it comes to other tradesman, if Connor and his apprentice are any indication of the way that RELIABLE does business, I will use them from now on! I fully recommend RELIABLE as a company and I truly believe that they strive to make sure that their customers are satisfied! Corey Skiles

We had a New heating and cooling system installed . We have been very pleased with our service from start to finish. Everyone has arrived on schedule to all appointments. We had to wait a few days before they could put the new unit in. As soon as we signed with Reliable, Frank Viahos, brought a portable AC unit out to make things bearable until the new unit was installed four days later. Then the technicians Jesse Ceron, and Jesus O, came out to install the unit they were very polite, and professional. Jesse took time to answer all my questions, they worked in a timely manner, cleaned up all of their mess. Jesse even made a video for me to show my husband how to install the new filters, and to work the new thermostat. Just in case I forgot something LOL. Reliable Heating and Air, Plumbing and Electrical, specifically Pedro, is a fantastic company. I cannot stress enough how wonderful Pedro was - patient, knowledgable, supportive, and thorough! Everything you could want during a gas leak repair. Pedro was an absolute GODSEND after a 3 week battle between my home warranty service and their contractors. I went through serious hell with other providers such as ARS and High Priority Plumbing, on top of it all, American Home Shield was a complete nightmare until I finally landed with sensible reps, who worked with me to contract a plumbing company outside their network. This company was recommended by Georgia Natural Gas/Atlanta Gas & Light as a preferred vendor, and they were every bit of professional and knowledgable as promised. I highly recommend them, and if you are lucky, Pedro will be assigned to the job!

Have never had AC problems before so this was a new experience, started contact via website chat at 9am with Stephanie, she took all my info let me know they were confirming appointments for Friday and today is Wednesday but would let me know if a time became available before. She let me know all price details before I had to ask, by 11am the same day, I received a call a technician would be out within 3 hours and ELLERY was my tech who called prior to let me know where he was time wise and followed up again before he arrived to let me know his status. He was absolutely excellent, he recommended services that I will be doing, and was so helpful with breaking down everything for me so I understood 100% what was being done and what needed to be done. I will absolutely recommend this company to ANYONE who needs hvac help. What a great first experience.

They were timely with coming out for a quote and very nice. I have no doubt they do good work. The one complaint I have is the misleading the sales team who erranged the proposal did when explaining the timing. I was told the project would take 7 hours and if longer the team would stay Koger to complete. Bot only was the team who installed our new heating and ac unit an hour and a half later than I was told, they left well before everything was complete. I had asked them to finish the heat since it has been freezing in our home and they did but we were left with our house smelling of gas so we had to turn this off. They are supposed to come back today to complete the job. Where I do think they do good work I want to caution you on the timing they mention to you. The project will take longer which may affect your work schedule.

Everyone I encountered throughout the process (from the initial service call (Henry L.) to the HVAC installation through the management of the overall process (Judah R.)) was very friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. Henry took time to explain his findings and made himself available to answer any additional questions. Judah R. is a customer relations "rock star"! He patiently answered my questions over the course of the entire process (and I had a lot) and always followed back up as promised. From his energy and excitement, you can tell that he really loves his job and takes great pride in working for Reliable HVAC. This level of customer service is rare and goes a long way towards creating customer loyalty, goodwill and trust. Would highly recommend Reliable!

My installation was great! 1st Juose the tech came out because my heaters were not coming on, he was very nice and explained everything to me, my furnaces were from 1988 (very old). He then sent out Greg to give me quote for new 2 new systems, Greg explained everything to me so I understood what he was talking about. He did not try to see me on the biggest and most expensive systems, he listened to what I may need for my smaller home and my budget. The next day, Saturday the installers showed up Jesse C, Jesus O, Jesse R, & Justin they were quick and efficient, especially for it to be raining outside. They got my devices set up and explained how to work them and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend Reliable to everyone!

Reliable recently replaced two 24 year old units in our homes. The sales representative was very open and explained everything well without being too pushy (or rude compared to other companies we received quotes from!). They day of install, a whole crew showed up ready to roll. One employee we remember well is Jorge; he explained everything to us and answered any questions that we had with openness, honesty, and intent to make sure that we had the best experience and understanding of the equipment. The crew made sure to leave no trace of them being there- they laid down sheets so they would keep our carpets cleaned and even swept the area when all was done. Would recommend!

Outstanding Service! We recently had a new A/C unit installed on our second floor as part of a larger renovation and Marty K. and Anterio N. were the absolute best. From the call informing of their pending arrival until we signed the invoice once the job was completed, they were both the embodiment of true professionals. The install was a two-day job and a complete breeze...if not for our security alarm announcing doors opening and closing, we would not have known that they were working in our home. If Marty and Anterio were able to complete our entire remodel we would hire them without a second thought. Reliable has just earned a customer for life!

Was extremely impressed by the work done by Reliable Heating and Air. Project Manager Derek Jacobs clearly articulated how the system should work and what items were out of code. He also addressed items that we had been dealing with. Also he was patient with all my questions and quote requests. The rates for the new systems were very reasonable. The installers Jimmy Fettlerman and Milo Anderson were great. They made sure everything was working properly, that I understood how to use the new systems, and that everything was cleaned up before leaving. Very impressed and happy with the results. (Waking up to a warm house when its in the 50s outside).

After consulting with and obtaining quotes from 5 different HVAC contractors, I chose Reliable Heating & Air because of their excellent reputation, product quality, service, warranty and the overall value of their proposal. The salesperson, Vic Edens, was very knowledgeable, professional and took the time to make sure I got the right system for my home. The installers, Jorge and Eric, were on-time, professional and efficient. I am very pleased with my new system and would absolutely recommend Reliable Heating & Air to anyone in need of such service.
