This is "the place", no need to look elsewhere for your mortgage loan needs. Mr. Barry Hill is an expert and a very courteous person, but most of all he and his team (Molly Easley, Sabrina Schaeffer and others as the notary public) are so attentive and swift at their craft, second to none! I recommend them not only for the great services that they provide but if you, or anyone you know is in the situation that my wife and I (Felix Abarca) were, with low FICO score and overwhelmed with high interest rate debt, nobody else would assist us (and I really mean it) because every time I would apply for a home loan and get denied my FICO score would drop more, terrible situation. Mr. Hill and staff are the best! Like I said, not only because of their expertise, but also they are such sensitive individuals and truly care to help. My wife and I (and indirectly our children) are able to breath now, instead of drowning in debt. We are so grateful for their loyalty in their profession and kindness, they are Godsend. My experience with First Direct Lending, LLC was nothing short of perfect. A great refinance interest rate and everything was done quickly and around my busy schedule for document signing and info i needed to provided for them. I worked with Keith Baker and Jennifer Quackenbush. Both of them were professional and personable. They kept me informed at all times to everything that was going on and what to expect. We encountered one hic-up with a 3rd party company (not First Direct) delaying our progress and both Keith and Jennifer were on point with insuring the 3rd party company was not delaying to ensure we got the documents we needed to close. I was frequently receiving letters through the mail from "First Direct Lending" about how they can lower your interest rate and monthly bills. I was skeptical of giving my personal information out but was in need of lowering my monthly mortgage payments due to the bank I had not being reliable. I decided to call First Direct Lending and I was directed to Deanna Vallett, Loan Consultant; Deanna was very proffessional and friendly. The process was very easy and smooth. Madeline Perez, Sr. Proccessor was very proffessional and was very helpful when it came to answering my questions and filling out paper work. This place is a joke I was looking to refinance my house and spoke to several people in the past and do to my credit I had no way to many medical . They said to me no problem we work with this gave them credit app also gave them a deposit for the appraisal of my property and sent them everything they had asked for several times they respond back saying that they did not see that I had child support taken out of my check after going back and forth for over 4 weeks they said there is nothing they can do for me . I am in sales my self and wife works at a bank and the first thing I learned is get all my info up front and follow up with customers I would tell you to stay far away from these people it is like they do not care just want to get you in get your money and forget about you bad service . First Direct Lending made it so very easy to change our home equity line of credit to a traditional mortgage. Christopher Daneshmand and Nicola Secco were absolutely wonderful and extremely patient and helpful. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner (even responding on weekends). I had never had a mortgage before so I had lots of questions. I had talked to other lending companies. But none seemed right for us. All of them were pushy. My sister-in-law had just closed on her loan with First Direct and she told me how nice and helpful Christopher Daneshmand and the other people at First Direct were to her. Nathan Gossett and Howard Kim at First Direct Lending made the process quick and easy. I have refinanced for a home equity loan in the past and it was long and tedious. Nathan and Howard had me at closing in a couple of weeks. It was the best experience I have had doing this. The website is easy to use and Nathan and Howard were always providing feedback and answered my questions. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Outstanding service and delivery. Quick and easy. I want anybody to know if your looking for a home loan or refinance your home , save yourself time and start at FIRST DIRECT LENDING and make sure you ask for Scott Buchholz , He is very knowledgable but the most important thing to him is you !!! I never thought i could refinance my home because of my credit and a few other things ,But that did not stop Scott from trying everything he could for me , there is no guarantees ,but i have hope again . we have to wait 5 months to get my loan , Scott did his part today now i have to do my part and follow his instructions . Things went very smoothly. There are times when there is a disconnect and we had a couple of those. First Direct handled one really well, but the other not so well. I was asked 4 times if I wanted to stop the mortgage process and said yes the first three times. He did not seem to understand what yes meant those times. So, after the fourth time I said, "maybe." After that, I was transferred to someone else who handled the situation more professionally. Overall, they did what they said and were on top of things.

I had applied for refinancing with cash and it took approximately 6 weeks from start to finish. We had an actual real life appraisal - unlike a previous experience I had with Capital One - which resulted in a very favorable appraisal. Ross and Kim were the two people that handled our refinance who were so helpful every step of the way. They both called and emailed me several times a week letting me know where we were in the process. Very easy to do business with as well! Extremely friendly and professional!!

We had our funds in less than a month! Ryan was super helpful at explaining everything and getting us the right loan, and Kelly was super responsive whenever I had a question about anything. Completely painless experience. Plan on using them again in 6 months for my conventional refinance when my credit is better!
