I was very nervous about buying health insurance at age 64. Scott certainly took some of the tension out of the process, in a friendly, even-handed way. I never felt pressured! He spent quite a while on the the phone with me, helping me to understand the many options available -- and equally as important, helping us find something my wife and I can afford afford. From a consumer perspective, dealing with the insurance/ medical community is generally a nightmare! I can say in complete honesty, Scott was the most approachable and helpful of all the agents I spoke with. I also spoke with a gentalman name Alonso (hope I spelling that right) who came across as very pleasent and professional. He was persistent without being obnoxious -- a definite breath of fresh air. Finally, I spoke with a person named Beckie, who spoke so fast she actually gave me a headache! And I had a tough time understanding everything she said, having been on the phone an hour already. I think I asked her three separat times to "please slow down, just a little" but she completely ignored me. I run a small business, and I recognize the value of honest constructive feedback. I had been going over all of my options for healthcare now that i have been unemployed since July of 2016. I was was delighted to speak to Jovany Rico who was able to find a afordable healthcare plan just for me to cover my needs as a type 1 diabetic. Mr Rico listened to all of my needs and within a minute offered me an option that not only met all of my needs but also explained why it would be most beneficial for me and went further to explain the exact steps that would follow after choosing my new health plan. I would state that Mr Rico is a true asset to Healthy Hall Insurance Services, and a hero to me in more ways than I can count.

Scott did a good job, by explaining everything. He went over everything, just wish we got all the documents for coverage sooner. I have mot received any paperwork or medical cards with the policy number on them. I am a little suspicious about them. They talked about a good medical plan, but have never provided me anything expect a survey on jow the representative did. Now I will say experience was horrible.

Ellie was by far one of the most helpful "sales" people I have EVER encountered. She actually listened to me about my current situation and made different suggestions which would benefit me and my family most, then found me the best possible plan, and made sure I would not get lost in the system, or bounced back and forth between medical and insurance or getting denied by both.

I had a poor experience with a customer service agent. I contacted the CEO and he delt with my issue. He let me speak with customer service and She was wonderful and informative. Scott Lemone helped us last summer with health insurance. He gave us his direct phone number at that time in case we had questions. I am being harassed by this company. They have threatened me and are not responding to the reason why. They declare it is an emergency and then you are put in hold. Do not give this company any money until you are sure it is a legitimate operation. Do not give your banking information.
