If I could rate the S. Congress office a zero I would. I have been with Acceptance Insurance for a year or two now. On July 3rd, I asked D.Salcedo to remove a vehicle from my policy that I no longer own. On July 14th I called the actual insurance company to see if the vehicle was removed and they said no. I called Acceptance and spoke to D. Salcedo and asked if she removed it and she said yes. I said are you sure she said yes. I then told her that the insurance company told me that in fact it was not. At that point D. Salcedo didnt know what to say. She flat out lied to me. and I am paying a month of full coverage insurance on a car that I dont own. I asked to speak to her Manager and she told me Maribel (Manager) was out that day. I called back the next day and she told Maribel was busy. I asked her to tell Maribel to call me back when she wasnt busy. I didnt get a call so I called back and she said that they called me back and left me a voicemail. I asked who called and she said another agent. I said, I didnt ask for a agent to call me, so I checked my phone and didnt haved a missed. Again I was lied to. Finally, Maribel the Manager came online and asks me what going on? I asked havent you been informed? She said yes like she didtn care. I then called the actual insurance company again because I felt Maribel didnt care and wasnt willing to help. After about 45 min on the phone with insurance company, they informed me that he spoke directly to the selling agency (Acceptance Insurance) and I was told that Maribel would call me back to resolve the issue. It is now July 20th and I still have not received a call from Maribel.

The price is definitely affordable. That is the main reason this is not a hate review. Otherwise, the customer service is not well organized. If you purchased you insurance at one location it is darn near impossible to find at any of the other ones. When you call the offices, the only customer service they have is the sales reps that are mandated to handle the person in front of them instead of the person on the phone. When I had called them about Titan cancelling my fully paid policy less than a week after purchasing it they were busy with a transaction and told me that they would handle it and call me back. However, despite it being a smaller office, with less traffic, I was not called back, nor has my problem been resolved. Titan seems to have a bad problem of sending invalid mail, since this is the second time this particular problem has happened to me within my term. The first time, they said that it was in error and that my policy was still active. I can only hope that the same error occurs again.
