Requested a business liability insurance quote from Sarkis on 5/23, got a message to call him and when I did he was out to lunch, left my information, no return call. Monday was a holiday, so I called back Tuesday, Sarkis answered the phone and told me he was busy with a customer, he will call me back; I gave him my e-mail to send me the information but I got the impression he did not write it down. 5 days later no e-mail, no calls (he has my number). Unreliable and irresponsable, wasted my time waiting for a quote. They advertise in Craig List and are not to be trusted.

Loved the service and the rates! I did an online search for an auto insurance quote in Burbank and found Green Mile Insurance (formally Calico Insurance). They are located by the Burbank Airport and had plenty of parking. My Geico policy increased in price by $600 a year because of my accident. The ladies offered a discount and I was able to start with a low down payment. I recommend it!!!!
