After our water softener stopped working, I called Lakeside Service Co. We had done business with them before when we needed to replace our furnace. They sent someone out the same day. Our previous softener was 19 years old, so we wanted to replace it rather than try to repair it. Tom took water samples for testing and provided information on the best type of system for our needs. We liked what we saw and were satisfied with the quote. Our new system was installed a few days later and works perfectly. Our experience with Lakeside Service Co. Is always positive. From the initial phone call we made, Tom (sales rep), the installation crew....everything was taken care in a professional manner. The concern to keep our house clean during installation is greatly appreciated. Lakeside Service Co., Is the only company we will consider for our HVAC and Water System needs.

We made a service call because we had water in our furnace, which is never good. The service technician arrived that morning. He was frienfly, professional and honest and stated that our 17 year old furnace and ac unit would cost more to repair than to replace. He made a call and a salesman was at our house within the hour. Ed, our salesman, was friendly, honest and transparent. We were so impressed that we decided on the new unit that day. Our install was a few days later and we cannot be happier. After install, the technicians took the time to explain how the new unit works and how to maintain it. We LOVE Lakeside and our new HVAC unit! Side note: we had the inspector come out after install and he was very complimentary of Lakeside and said that they actually answer their phone and provide service when you need it.

I just have to post - I LOVE YOUR COMPANY. I have been using Lakeside Service for years. I have always had prompt, courteous service. Your service men are the best. I seem to know some of them as friends. One thing I like is often getting the same tech over and over again. No complaints, I like them all. Needed service today. Woke up to 58 degrees in my home. Furnace not working. Called Lakeside at 7:30 am. Service tech here by 10:00. Turned out to be loose wire connection on thermostat. What great news. Letting you know, I always recommend Lakeside. Thanks for your great service, and wonderful staff!!!

I needed a part for my Carrier furnace... which of course had to fail on Friday night as soon as I went to sleep. Anyway, called various companies. Lakeside Service was not only the first company to return my call, they called back well before they opened on Saturday... had the part I needed... and had it priced at about half of what others wanted (so I bought a spare). This is only the second time I have interacted with Lakeside Service, both times have been excellent. They also shared a few tips/notes about installation and care of the part. We called them out for an inspection of our water heater after seeing good reviews on Google. The technician that came out was polite and knowledgeable to the point where he noticed that our furnace was putting out a large amount of carbon monoxide. After spending time with their sales representative, the best option was to replace both the furnace and water heater. All the options were explained well, in detail. They worked very hard to get us the best quality service and products as quickly as they could. Extremely satisfied, with their work, communication and skill level.

Very carefull evaluation and found the problem. System has not work well for a considerable period of time, I even wanted it looked at back in the spring as I thought it might not be working correctly. I did not demand a clean out as was told would be done in the fall even though July was one year since serviced. Look forward to fixing it so the water system is working well, as awaiting parts. Lief was working on the problem for a considerable time and did track it down. He is quiet, polite, careful and considerate of my home.

Just had another service call completed by Lakeside - as always very professional, and courteous. Aaron explained everything in detail and made sure that I understood what was wrong with our A/C unit. I would have given him 5 stars had he been here at the time he said he would be or even a phone call back letting me know he was going to be late (I had to call him to make sure he was still coming). I had left work in a rush to be home at the time we agreed on....he showed up 45 minutes later.

Although the location of my air conditioning system presented a challenging situation, he patiently resolved the problem. I called Lakeside shortly after noon and explained that my furnace was leaking water on the floor. They walked me thru what was leaking and scheduled the first available appointment which was two days later. Less than an hour after that she called me back and told me they could send someone right out. Kurt fixed the problem, checked out my whole furnace and also checked the hot water tank. I am very pleased with Lakeside once again!

The service tech was very helpful. He went above and beyond to get my furnace working and made sure the gas line was safe to use. He was very thorough with the furnace inspection, making sure no CO was filling the room and that the furnace was running properly. Lakeside is very easy to deal with, making an appointment was very easy and the tech was very prompt. Defienatly using lakeside for all my HVAC needs

Plus, I had forgotten about that handy prepay monthly plan to have my service done when needed. Kyle S was well groomed, well spoken and knows his furnace/AC stuff. He even advised me about the Humidifier/Dehumidifier, making sure I understood what he was saying.

Prompt, Professional and Polite Called for furnace service at 2:15 pm on a Friday. 30 minutes later, tech (Leif) called to say he would arrive in 20 minutes. Diagnosed problem (circuit board), had part delivered, installed and was out the door by 5pm. Absolutely Awesome!

Our A/C unit went out at 8:30 PM. I called it in at about 9 PM. Kurtis showed up after 10 pm! The most welcome night visitor I ever had (Hot/Humid night) He had the unit up and running in about an hour...me and my wife were VERY HAPPY!
