Stay away from this company! As crooked as they come. Technician left dead rats hidden in our attic in the bag we provided! They did not service on a monthly basis as contracted but only if we called to schedule. They showed without notice - in violation of contract - only to service exterior. Management only provided lip-service. Definitely not worth the $1200 annual price. DO NOT use this company! Late note*** Last service call yesterday. Technician knocked over outdoor lighting with spray hose spreading dirt and gravel over driveway. Light was left on the ground about 6 feet from where it was originally. Unbelievable!

Redi National has been our provider for over 20 years. The last few months were awful. The front desk service ( "J") "was "rude" to me not willing to listen and sounding like she was the customer versus me., They did not keep their commitments for times to arrive and we still have a rat problem. This was the worst service over the last two months in 20 years and we cancelled. . The manager did not even call back to apologize for the "J" rudeness or missed commitments he was to keep with us CANCELLED Do not GO HERE RATS in Federal WAY and Bad Customer Service at the Front Desk

Worst company ever! Paid them $600+ just to come set up traps and poison and then signed a contract for $85/mo. Nobody came when we needed them. Ended up with dead rats and mice everywhere! Our dog was finding the dead rats, we had a dead rodent in our bedroom wall, and when I called to get them to come remove the poison, it took over a week for them to send someone. I stopped paying the bill because they never came out when we needed them. Now we have another dead rodent somewhere above our bedroom and we are calling a different company.

Thanks Redi National Pest Eliminators for coming out yesterday and solving the insect problem at our house. It was a great relief to us. Your inspector and technician were there the same day and were very professional. They really knew their stuff. Anybody studying Entomology at UW or WSU would learn a lot of practical knowledge about insects and their interaction with the places we live by simply spending a few days with these guys! If you ever have a pest problem Redi is the one to call, I know that I will.

I requested there service for a large pest control project on a construction project. They have failed to meet every deadline they kept promising to meet. The proposal at this point is now 3 weeks overdue. If they are unable to provide service to large commercial client such as myself, how can you expect them to provide good service for your home. Please use another company that cares about its clients, they cost my project thousands of dollars.

I have ants, they told me they are here forever and I need monthly maintenence, ok. Signed up and they came monthly for a while, however last month they billed me for a monthly visit that was not done. Ants are back and I have contacted them 4 or 5 tmes this week and they scheduled a visit, we were here, but they never came. Now its Saturday and I m on my 5th call to them. keeping fingers crossed.

Daryl was great he came and inspected my house for free after my daughter was bitten by a tick and he gave me the piece of mind that my house wasnt infested and he didnt push any service on me!! Definitely will be using redi national if I ever have any pest issues!!

These guys were awesome, they were at my house the same day I called to handle my bed bug problem. They were reasonably priced and after a few trips back the problem was gone. Thanks to Michael and crew.
