We have cleaned and renewed our crawl space with Crawl Space Cleaning Pros at April 2016. The reason for renovation was a strong odor and increased heating bill for the past winter. We have collected quotes and estimates from 4 different companies, but decided to go with Crawl Space Pros, despite to the slightly higher price tag for the service among all contractors we had on our list. Dale, the estimator for the company, immediately found the source of the odor, was very detailed in his inspection and quote and answered all our questions without trying to sell unnecessary services for this home improvement. We were impressed with thoroughness of his inspection (he and his aid spend about 1.5h in the dirty crawlspace), complete report of the issues he found and detailed quote, describing every step for cleaning and restoration of air ducts in our basement. The team of cleaning specialists arrived on the day of service exactly at 8am, fully prepared and equipped. The whole process took about 8h and 4 persons, without a single piece of dust anywhere in the house: team created an airtight corridor from our crawlspace to the house entrance, sealed all the entry points in the crawlspace, replaced all plastic air ducts and sealed all openings underneath house floor, insulated everything with new material and sanitized every surface. We immediately noticed disappearance of odors and better air flow in all rooms, absence of any animal activity, including spiders, and will probably, use our crawlspace as a long term storage for some household items. We have already recommended this company to our friends, who are planning to improve insulation in their house and would recommend it to anybody. It is better to pay once a little bit more than planned, but forget about a problem for 10-15 years, rather than go with cheapest service. Thank you for a good job done!

From the initial inspection/estimate by Ken to the office staff (Denise, Glenda and Nikole) to the 4 man crew!! They provided a very fair estimate...I had one estimate for almost double the price!! They were responsive, arrived on time and did an excellent job of cleaning up my 2,000 sq.ft. crawl space infested with rodents. They all were caring, thorough, and did a fantastic job of protecting everything in my garage from being contaminated during the clean-out. The entire job met and exceeded my expectations, including coming back out at my request to take care of a couple small items that many companies would have refused. These guys ROCK!!

My experience with this company was about as good as it gets. The estimator, Marcel, provided an educational explanation of my problem and a detailed plan to solve the problem. The quote was also very reasonable There was follow-up both before and after the the work. The work crew was outstanding and when they left, my rodent impacted crawl was 100% clean with new insulation, a shiny white vapor barrier and the variety of access and departure paths plugged. The work crew was friendly, outgoing and hard working. Got a rodent problem, these are the guys to call. I wish I had pictures to demonstrate the work. I am an actual real paying customer

Total CROOKS! I scheduled a job with them and 2 weeks prior to the work I received another estimate that suggested a different approach. I called immediately to cancel the job, the bid sheet I had signed clearly states they may withhold a restocking fee after deposit is paid-- however they refused to refund $1400 deposit. Services not received-- and the owner was incredibly obnoxious on the phone. Would not trust these people in my house. WARNING!

I had Crawl Pros replace some floor insulation that had been damaged by water. David came out and put plastic down on the floor all the way from the door to the entry to the crawl space as well as hanging plastic along the way to keep the entire area clean. He then did a great job replacing the insulation and cleaning up the area underneath the insulation. I was sent picture of the work afterwards. I would definitely recommend them.

We contracted this company to repair our crawl space. The vent repair was broken down in two days by rodents. Independent confirmation notes that the insulation placed was inferior to that in the contract and the pipe gaps where not sealed as per agreement. Despite our displeasure, they pulled the balance from my credit card without authorization.
