After some issues that needed to be resolved in our crawlspace were addressed following the initial visit by the Cincinnati crew and a visit by Andy, Terry Steele and his assistant from the Lawrenceburg crew were sent to our home to encapsulate our crawl space. Terry is a very polite, easygoing, professional and knowledgeable person. We were impressed with him and his assistant, and hope that your company appreciates the dedicated employee you have in Terry Steele. It was obvious from the get go that we had someone working at our home who took pride in his work and that really put us at ease. We knew that Terry understood this difficult job, as our crawl space plus low ductwork made this a challenge. Terry NEVER complained, he just got down to business assuring us that he would do his best. We are very satisfied with the work he and his assistant did at our home. And we would gladly recommend Terry and your company to anyone we knew who needed this type of work done. Thank you!

We chose the Basement Doctor after meeting with Albert in late August. One of our basement windows cracked and we had water coming in from the hard rains. Albert took the time to educate us on the various systems in our basement and we agreed to replace the windows with glass block and install a new sump pump. The window installers are subcontractors to the Basement Doctor. They came ahead of the sump pump installation and did a fantastic job. They were efficient and did quality work. Andrew performed the work on our sump pump and outside installation. I appreciated that he checked to see if we were satisfied with the window install. Andrew was very thorough with his work and left everything in good order. We have not had much rain since we had this installed, so we will see how everything is working once that happens.

The Basement Doctor of Kentucky has been the most pleasant experience since the purchase of my home. The secured the foundation as I requested and in a timely, orderly and neat manner. You would not know they were here working if it were not for the sign we allowed to be placed in our front yard (and is still there today!) . Since then we have had questions and concerns about other crawl space issues they have been more than happy to address is a rapid manner. You cannot go wrong with choosing the Basement Doctor of Kentucky to do your work for you. A couple of months ago I noticed standing water in my crawl space. I contacted 3 different companies to give me an estimate on correcting the problem. I elected to use the Basement Doctor based on their professional approach to solve my problem. On 1-7-15 Terry Steele came to my home with his crew to correct my problem. He was extremely professional and attentive to my questions and concerns. The job was completed on 1-8-15 and I am very satisfied with the work that was completed. Contacted the basement Doctor via their website and had a call from them the next day. Salesman came out and was very professional and did not try to over sell us. When the guys came to do the work, they were very careful not to bang our walls and were very courteous. Their foreman (Andy) came back the next week to do some electrical work and was fantastic. So impressed with them that we have asked us to come back and give us quotes on finishing a section of our basement.

Very pleased with the work that was done in our crawlspace. Andrew Hardin, foreman was very polite. He informed my husband and I exactly what was going to take place and how long it would be. The project was scheduled for 3 days and was completed in 3 days. Andrew was very concerned about tracking in dirt. But that did not happen as they were very neat and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend the Basement Doctor and Andrew Hardin for the job.

Andrew H and Cody did a fine job with the repair, as well as an explanation of what they were doing along the way. No mess left behind as well.
