We worked with Steven Grant to install new HVAC equipment, new duct designs for the HVAC system and additional insulation. We could not be happier with our results and the process. We highly recommend Steven and GSM after our positive experience. Our home presented a lot of challenges with the design of this system due to its split-level design. Steven spent many hours evaluating our home and came up with a well-rounded solution that would work for us. Steven was straightforward and patient with us throughout the process. He told us what we needed and why other recommendations may not be better. My husband and I asked very detailed technical questions about the design and the GSM team exceeded our expectations with their knowledge, experience and positive attitudes. This was a big project and Steven gave us the space we needed. Steven also followed up throughout the whole installation and inspection processes. He was extremely responsive even when he was clearly very busy. We have a perfect new HVAC system - we could not be happier! To top it off, Steven has even worked to set us up with Duke Power for rebates since we have made our home much more efficient. Thank you Steven!

GSM Services has the reputation of being overly priced on replacement HVAC systems, but I found their pricing to be very much in-line with their local competitors. The real value found when dealing with GSM Services is through the quality of work and follow up service. The local zoning inspector that signed off on my after-installation inspection noted that he saw extra care and benefits made to my system during the GSM install. He stated that whomever did the install did much more than most other companies. This is the quality of work you get from GSM Services. Charlie, the service tech that visited for my latest annual check up, was punctual, professional and friendly. I am very pleased with all aspects of my relationship with this company and would recommend their products, installation and service.

Kyle Heffernan and his crew did a superb job installing my new Heating and Air Conditioning system. They were scheduled to show up between 8:00 and 8:30. They showed up promptly at 8:00 am and quickly got to work removing the old system and installing the new one. They were a well coordinated team and completed the job in about 7 hours. Kyle then went over the the operation of the new system and walked me through setting up the thermostat. They did a fantastic job of cleaning up too! You would never have known they had been there. GSM Services is now my go to Heating and Air company going forward! Very professional!

After a few years dealing with Charlotte Comfort Systems and their incompetent techs and nasty management I decided enough was enough. I switched to GSM and wow what a difference. Great service and a pleasure to deal with. My system is running like a top. I wish I would have switched sooner. The only thing I would recommend as an improvement would be for them to contact me to schedule the spring/fall tune ups rather than me having to remember to call them. Overall these guys are great!!!

Thim at GSM Services has been servicing our heating and cooling system for 5 years. Each time he has completed the service he has given us a detailed report of the operating condition of the system. On this last service inspection he recommended that the blower wheel on the fan needed to be replaced. Trusting completely in his experience and his recommendation we agreed to have it replaced. Scott Ramsey was the technician on my service call today, and I cannot say enough good things! Scott was incredibly thorough, changing both filters, checking every bit of the inside unit as well as the outdoor unit, and made sure to explain in detail the checcklist items. Any questions that I had, he answered completely and cheerfully, and he was quite personable besides. He was a pleasure to have in my home, and I would both trust and recommend both Mr. Ramsey and GSM to anyone.

GSM has always been very prompt to send someone out when I have had a problem. I had a new system installed about 26 months ago. There have been a few more problems than I would have liked with the new system. I have a service contract but I still have to pay a diagnostic fee when they come out. They always find the problem but sometimes costs extra. Their service people are great. Wish the product I bought was a little more reliable.

GSM recently completed an attic insulation project for us, including the installation of SilverGlo. We already notice lower temperatures upstairs, even in this extremely hot summer weather. Stoney Davidson and his crew did an excellent job. They were diligent and hardworking in a very hot work environment. The crew was friendly and polite, and when they left they did a very good job of cleaning up the work areas. Great job!

Zach Carpenter serviced my heating unit and advised my husband and of some needed repairs. He carefully explained what was needed and why. The parts were ordered and Zach return the next day. As a company gets too large they become inefficient and top heavy supporting top level management and paying ridiculous salaries to people that do not generate any profit for the company. then expect the consumer to pay for their idiocy! For the past month I have been trying to get Morris Jenkins out to service my air conditioning they never came out they always had excuses so next I called GSM services and immediately within the next hour I had to take Nishan out and fixed my AC unit and less than one hour thank you GSM and thank you DJ for recommending GSM

they said they would be over our house today at 1 PM with our filters. we waited until 2 PM and no one showed up and no one called us. when we called them up at 3.10 PM the same day, they said the filters would be here tomorrow. terrible service and no respect their customers.

Very disappointed, I was told my unit needed replacing or at the least I needed a $1400 blower motor replacement. I got a second opinion and it was just faulty loose ductwork. $6000 or $200 you do the math. Get a second or third opinion if you use this company.
