I was recommended to Archibald Insurance by a friend. Seriously... I really have had a great introduction to these guys. I just barely signed up with them. Before I was paying WAY too much for my car insurance. When I called them they put me first and were very attentive to the details of my situation. Car insurance policies and terms has always been a little complicated for me and I loved how they were happy to take the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. This really made me comfortable and confident in what I was deciding in regards to a policy and coverage. Ashley Kley was able to get me a great quote that fit my needs over the phone and within a few documents needed from me that needed to be sent over I was set up with new insurance within hours. They got things done fast and efficient for me and I appreciated that with my busy schedule. They really work hard in getting you the best deal. So far so good, I’m happy I switched.

A place not to trust. Archibald is simply out for his cut in your money. He will find you a "great deal" on auto insurance, then surprise you with fees. Recently I tried to cancel my insurance and he was glad to help. Everything was settled and it had been "canceled" or so I thought. He failed to mention that he would be sending an E-mail that my fiance was to sign. Now why she had to sign for MY policy being cancelled, I do not know. The money has been removed from my account and I simply cannot afford not to have that money. My fiance has had issues in the past with him not completely explaining her policies. I suppose It may be that WE are the "naive" ones here though we had explained to him that we are very new to buying our own insurance and that we really just needed help.

I was with Archibald Insurance years ago but ended up going with the auto insurance through work. BIG mistake. The service at Archibald was always great so I gave them a call and I am so glad that I did. They got me a new policy issued, they got me a great price, and the agent Ashley that helped me was so easy to talk to me. Marc always got me the best deals when I was with them before . I will never go anywhere else again. They have so many options for auto and I got my renters insurance and a life policy, all for under what I was paying with a big name company. Thanks Ashley for taking care of me.

I was refered to Archibald ins because I had experinced a lapse in my previous ins and had some "activity" on my liscense and needed a SR22. Ashlely was the agent that helped me out. She was through, knowledgeable and fast. She answered all my questions and if she was not sure of the answer she asked and made sure to answer my questions before I left their office. I left their office with my insurance and SR22 in hand. I went to the Ut DL division about 2 days later and all my information was already in the system. Great customer service from the get go!!! Plus the free water bottle!

I have been insured with Archibald for over 5 years, Mark and Ashley have been very nice and easy to deal with. I recommend them all the time to friends Family and Co-workers. Great prices they find for you . All the Agents are nice and the reception gals are pretty cute too. I wish Mark would have some Kilts made up with Archibald Ins, on them. They would be cool to wear and cool to advertise with.

These guys are incredible. Marc helped me find a great rate on insurance over the phone, gave me directions which lead me straight to his office, and all in all it took about 15 minutes (including a 10 minute drive) to save me $40 monthly on car insurance. Best insurance experience bar none. I will definitely be recommending Archibald to anyone looking for insurance.
