We had Pettis install our in-ground pool June & July 2015. First the quality of the product: we are very happy with the pool construction, the liner, the pump and the heater, everything is of high quality. It is amazing how strong the frame is. You should visit there place in Hilton to see a full-size construction. The pool cover is a Loop Loc cover which are highly rated. Second the customer service: We worked with Kelli to schedule construction and answer questions. Kelli was very helpful. Anytime we had a question or concern Kelli was quick to respond. The construction crew, Jeff, and the pool crew Andy and Zack were also extremely nice and helpful. I learned more about pools talking to Andy for 30 minutes than I did researching online for an hour. Overall we are very happy with the end product and will continue to use Pettis for our pool needs. We look forward to next Summer.

We bought our pool from Pettis 3 years ago. There is now a pretty big rust spot on our pool which I believe should be repaired under the warranty. I have been trying to get an answer from Pettis for well over a month now. After weeks of calling, they finally scheduled someone to come out to look at it. He did not show up. After more calls the man came out, looked at the pool, and handed me a quote for $350. I told him the pool should be covered under the warranty and he said he knew nothing about that, I would have to take that up with Pettis. I have now called and emailed several more times. When I spoke with Karen, she promised to follow up with her service department but I still have not had one phone call or email. It has now been 6 weeks since I contacted them and I am not any closer to an answer or solution. I would never recommend Pettis to anyone.

The guys that came out did an amazing job. I was really happy with their work. They went out of their way to explain everything about my pool (I just moved in). They had extensive knowledge about the liner, cover, filter and pump. It was surprising how much they knew. I was contemplating closing and opening myself but will use pettis again because of how great the crew was. I have changed my review to reflect pettis pools fixing the scheduling issue.

We purchased a hot tub and filter supplies from Pettis Pool and Patio. We have received excellent service. If you have questions you can call and have them answer. My husband went to Rochester and actually asked questions and how everything was suppose to be set up before we received our hot tub. everyone was very helpful. We see the company reps at the NYS Fair every year for any of our big purchases or for small filters I just have them mailed.

Very good. Easy set up. Easy to maintain. Being portable is a great option. Very good quality and simple but elegant looking. Also very quiet when in use. This was my first experience with a hot tub. I love my softub and use it every morning and every night. It is amazing in freezing cold weather! Temperature of water remains at setting.

We bought a hot tub three years ago. It was a floor model from Lilac Festival. It needed some warranty work a few times and they took care of it every time free of charge. It is still working great today. The service guy was always friendly and timely.
