Liberty came to our rescue in a unique situation where the part needed to get our AC running simply did not exist for our two year old air handler. Jimmie was able to come out the same day to confirm a previous company’s diagnosis of the issue and draft a quote to fix. Once we decided to move forward, Jimmie let us know a tech would be available within the hour! Josue called when nearby and arrived within the time promised to replace our cracked evaporator coil and refill the freon. He was friendly, professional, and quick even though he was working during the hottest part of the day in August. Josue was done in under 2 hours and left his workspace clean and orderly. As a woman handling this issue alone towards the evening, I appreciated that Liberty’s staff called ahead, arrived in well marked company vehicles, and professional uniforms. Once complete, I was able to rate Josue’s service, review the digital summary of work, invoice, and pay on the spot via his company iPad instead of waiting for snail-mailed documents. I also had an email with these documents in seconds. I greatly appreciated this efficient use of my time and his. After 12 days of no AC we were quickly cooled down! I would gladly recommend Liberty!

From the moment that I called Liberty Air to see about getting one of three quotes that my company requires before deciding on a vendor to replace our A/C unit, it was nothing but positive from their team. Phillip was at my shop within a couple of hours of calling, he was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and honest, most important. The two other companies that I had come out made it seem as if some of the "extra" things that needed to be done were things that they were going to throw in for free as a favor, trying to justify their prices. Phillip ensured me that those things should be done on any job. Needless to say Liberty came in anywhere from $100 to $700 less than the "better" know competitors on various systems that were quoted. Tracy was helpful in setting up my corporate payment, and the gentlemen, Bill and Mark, that replaced my system were friendly and knowledgeable, as well. I do a lot of work for other local businesses, builders and home owners that will obviously need A/C work down the line at some point, and I will recommend Liberty Air, every time.

As owners of a local service business, we love doing business with others who share our same philosophy of serving people to the best of our ability. Liberty Air has always been known to be honest and fair and have the highest integrity. As we went through the process of replacing our entire system, it was obvious that this was true. From meeting with Phillip about our many options, to the install by Jacob and his team, we were really impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. The installers constantly kept us in the loop and spent a lot of time explaining the system when they were done, enjoyed our dog and really respected our home. I felt like we were treated like family. Probably just important to us, has been the service we have received after having the unit was installed. I know that my phone calls and questions are answered immediately and they have stood by everything they have promised. I love companies who genuinely want to do the right thing all the time and Liberty Air is definitely that.

We’ve been with Liberty Air for six years because Philip, the owner, has customer satisfaction as his number one goal. His staff, without exception, have that same goal so it’s easy to work with this company. Tracy is a pleasure to talk with and makes scheduling service very convenient. She relays messages to others quickly and accurately, follows up on questions, and always does everything she can to make us feel like valued customers. Joseph did our most recent tune-up, and we were really impressed. He was on time, clearly knew what he was doing, was very polite, organized, kept a neat, spotless job site, and worked efficiently. Jimmy, service manager, returned our recent call promptly, gave us a clear, complete answer to a complicated question and even offered to follow-up further to save us time. We couldn’t be happier because Liberty Air has always been there for us and has the highest standards for customer satisfaction and superior HVAC service.

My air conditioner was not working and the weather was getting warmer. I called Liberty Air because they had so many great reviews. After my experience with them, I understand why. I would highly recommend them for two reasons. First of all, Harry Garner was the technician. Without a doubt, he is the most knowledgable and courteous technician that I have every encountered in any industry. He explained what the problem was in layman terms where I could easily understand. I told Liberty that I know they wish they could clone him. :) The other reason that I would recommend them is the price. I thought it was extremely fair and reasonable. It was definitely worth every penny as temperatures climbed to the 90s and my house was cool and comfortable. Liberty obviously cares about clients. I know that Liberty is a business and they have to make a profit, but if you use them, you will see that they will not do it by gouging innocent people.

Josué was excellent, found the problem in the first 2 minutes. I will highly recommend Liberty Air based solely on the service he provided. He was friendly and knew the answer to every question I had. This is by far the best air company in Gainesville and Alachua area. I cant say enough about how happy I am, I am sitting now in my house with fresh cool air working smoothly! They fix things quick and are super professional. 5 Stars for best service! everything about the company was amazing, I think it was Tracy the scheduler i spoke to, and she was amazing also. dont waste your time calling other companies, I am a very picky person and hard to please but they went above and beyond and delighted me with the best service. the FEW bad reviews are from people who are NEVER GOING TO BE HAPPY, trust the majority, Liberty Air is by far the best.

This A/C company is very overpriced. They do good work, but the charges are very excessive. They charge for every possible thing under the sun, and the rates for each charge are way above the standard rates. They have a great marketing and sales pitch, but know how to play the customer like a fiddle. They will try to sell you a whole a/c system even though yours can probably be fixed. Get other estimates before doing anything with Liberty Air! They are very professional and courteous, but this is only a ploy to get all of the money they can out of you. They will do anything to get you to write good reviews here as well. I refused to buy into their little marketing campaign, and customers deserve to know the truth. I checked with other a/c contractors in Gainesville and they all were much lower than Liberty Air.

Knowing we needed to replace our 17 yr. old HVAC system and after having had several negative experiences with other companies we finally decided to try LibertyAir. I must say we were more than satisfied with the professionalism and quality of service we received. Crew members, Don and Josue, installed our new unit in less time than expected and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. The owner, Philip, came out personally to inspect their work and answered our questions about the new Trane unit. Very COOL service! We were fortunate to be the successful bidder on a LibertyAir auction item at the Sebastian Ferrero fundraiser becoming winners in two ways. Not only were we impressed with LibertyAir from the standpoint of community support for a local fundraiser but we also got the chance to know them from their business standpoint. Phil & his staff provided incredible service! We felt so confident that we replaced our aging AC/Heat unit with them and could not have been more pleased. Liberty Air installed our Trane AC several years ago. Works great however, the other day it would not turn on. Liberty Air discovered that the system showed a fault code with the fan system. Everything was checked and was working correctly. It was determined that there might be a sensor problem which caused the fan system code. They worked on the unit for a long time but were unable to trigger the sensor to reproduce the error code. In the end, the unit was checked and is working the way it should and if it happens again the records show that there is a sensor problem and there will not be a service call charge if they have to come back. Everyone at Liberty Air is always so kind and willing to help solve the problem until the customer is satisfied.

We had a new air conditioning system installed by LibertyAir Air Conditioning and Heating. The owner is an intelligent, highly motivated person who is up-to-date with the modern technology, and is trying to make his customers happy. We had several bids, and from all of the people whom we met, Philip was the most knowledgeable and provided exactly what we needed. The technicians Mike and Mark arrived on time, and were very knowledgeable and respectful. The installation proceeded smoothly, and was finished in about 6 hours. The owner and a crew came to inspect the installation and make sure everything is properly done. We are very happy with our new A/C, and the professional service provided by LibertyAir. We highly recommend LibertyAir.

My new high-efficiency Trane system was installed on 3/31/16 for my home. From the initial meeting with Philip (owner) through installation, the entire process was 100% positive. Philip provided options for a new a/c unit, answered all questions raised, and came to my home within 24 hours after my initial internet inquiry on his business web site. He and his entire staff were 100% organized and professional during the entire process. The staff are clean-cut, punctual, and thorough, and this includes the office manager. I never felt like I was being taken for granted at any time. This company had been recommended to me by another highly satisfied client. My new Trane a/c is incredibly quiet.

I would recommend LibertyAir to anybody in need of AC repair. We had a scare due to an electrical problem within our unit and LibertyAir was able to send out a technician late in the evening. Though it was late, Harry Garner came to our residence with a smile and was quick to figure out the issue, come up with a temporary solution, and provide us with our options. After calling around to several other places and receiving nothing but attitude, I called Liberty. The guy on the phone was incredibly polite and told me that he would send someone out by end of day. I was shocked when not 30 minutes later I recieved a phone call from a technician that he was on his way. Jimmy was polite and courteous, and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was able to fix it immediately, and my air conditioner was running perfectly 15 minutes after he arrived. Liberty will be the first company I call the next time I have any issues with my air conditioner.

Liberty Air came out to our home in Jonesville and did a system Check up and found that we needed to clean one of our Coils in the system. They did very meticulous work and were very courteous and friendly. Philip and his technician both put on shoe covers before entering our home and I found that to be quite considerate. We are very excited about both the quality of the work that they completed at our home as well as the great price that they gave us on the work. We would highly recommend Liberty Air and regularly do so to our friends and family. Liberty air ROCKS!

I called Tracy at about 4:10 p.m. today June 14, 2017 with a problem with our air conditioner in our Board Room with an executive committee meeting scheduled for the next day. In less than 30 minutes their awesome service Technician Harry Garner was here. "Red Carpet Customer Service" is what Harry Garner delivered from his warm greeting upon arrival throughout his time while diagnosing and fixing our problem which is something many people seems to have forgotten. Hats off to Liberty Air, Tracey and Harry Garner for a job well done.
