Had a 90 plus furnace installed by Isaac in December 2007. Originally the wrong furnace was installed, not the size or one that I had contracted to be installed. They told me that this is the one I SHOULD HAVE even though it was replacing a 25 year old 90 plus of the size I WANTED THEM TO PUT IN!! That being said they replaced the furnace with the one I wanted and ordered. I was willing to accept that as an honest mistake until this Sunday morning 4/23/2012 when I had no heat. I called thier dispatcher and was informed that because it was Sunday I would need to pay a premium for the service call, not a problem, I understood. When I explained to the dispatcher that this furnace was in warranty and asked if they handled it with Rheem I was informed that I HAD TO TAKE IT UP WITH RHEEM AS THIS WAS NOT AN ISAAC WARRANTY!! HOW RIDICULOUS IS THAT!!! I called another dealer who was there in less than an hour charged me less for the service call and was happy to handle the Rheem warranty issue for me. ISAAC WILL BE THERE WHEN YOU NEED THEM TO FLEECE YOU !!!

Jaelin is new to our home but he seems to have done a very good job. Since I am no a furnace guy I have no expertise to evaluate the work that was done other than to have our unit run without problems through the heating season. Javelin called prior to his timely arrival and was very courteous and friendly when I met him. He checked out the furnace then went to get his equipment at which time he indicated about how long he would be working. I asked him to set our thermostat which he did before leaving. He explained what he did and asked if I had any questions before I signed off on the job. A very nice young man who was confident in his approach to the job and took time to answer any questions. It was a pleasure to meet him and I look forward to seeing him for our AC check in the spring. I think it is important to keep the same tech and to establish a trusting work relationship. Isaac heating insulated my finished upstairs back in 2014. Only recently did I find mold growing in one of the storage units. I hesitated to even call Isaac because they did the work so long ago but figured I might as well try. I reached out and got an immediate response from Nick who then forwarded the request to Dom and then Chad. They came the next day to look at the mold and agreed to better ventilate the storage rooms as well as clean all the mold, at no charge! They came the next day and spent the whole day doing the project. I could not be happier with the service and courtesy displayed by all of the Isaac workers. I am even more impressed how they stood behind their work and fixed the issue even though it had been almost 3 years since the initial insulating was done. You have a lifetime customer in me and I will always advocate Isaac to my friends and family. Thank you so much!

Our furnace went out at 8:00 PM and we called Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning. We had a Technician at our house within an hour. The Tech had to order a circuit board overnight. He was back the next day and had us up and running by midafternoom. The heat felt good! Great service!! Yesterday (11/1/17) called Isaac to have someone come and check the humidifier on the furnace. They said technician would be here tomorrow between 8 AM and 12 PM. Jake (technician) called at 7:30 AM and stated he would here by 8 and got here and got everything taken care of by 9:30 AM. Thank you to Isaac and Jake for fast service.

I have had two recent experiences with Isaac and I am very pleased. I had an annual cleaning of my furnace last week with Evan. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Luckily, he let me know all the household tasks that Isaac performs. As, about a week later, I had an issue with my water heater. I called Isaac and Ben was at my house within 4 hours! He is a great representative for Isaac. He was friendly, very knowledgeable but most importantly honest! My two recent experiences with Isaac have been very positive ones. I look forward to future help from an honest and reliable company.

Our heating system (installed in 2009 by another contractor) has had some issues over the past two years. We contacted Isaac to make the initial repair and then signed up for their Gold Seal Protection Plan. Thank goodness we did as we just had a very costly part replaced and service performed that was covered under the plan. All of the people at Isaac have been courteous, helpful and professional. I highly recommend them! Do yourself a favor and have them install your heating and air conditioning from the start. They are dependable and there when you need them. Thank you Isaac team!

We DID "not" get Malled! A friend had A system put in by you guys(Rheem Energy star) with Air conditioning. It cost them about $9100.00 and they paid 1/2 down and made payments. We shopped around and had the almost same Rheem setup for a little more than 1/2 the price( 5800.00) Our installation looked cleaner. I guess when companies get big...so do the prices. I called a smaller heating contractor and was shocked how nice and smooth it went......No sales people, no extra people to pay and the tech/owner took pride in every detail. Save money and call FAE mechanical

Extremely disappointed with Canandaigua office. I had scheduled an appointment two weeks ago for a chimney inspection and a Gas heater in my basement. Was suppose to be at my home between 1-4pm. Was told that it would take about 3 hours worth of work. Here I sit at 8:00pm and not so much as a call to reschedule. my husband took a 1/2 day off of work to accommodate their hours of availability. I called at about 4:45pm earlier this evening and was told they still were coming. NOTHING! No apology, no call.

I believe that Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning offers the best bang for the buck. Are there other HVAC contractors out there that are more expensive – certainly. Are there other HVAC contractors that are cheaper – most definitely. But in my experience there are no others that can match the level of value, service and professionalism that Isaac offers. You can trust their people to do the job right and you can depend on your equipment to work properly after it has received the Isaac touch. I believe in Isaac.

Had a wonderful experience with Isaac Heating and Cooling tonight. I called in the early afternoon and they were able to schedule someone to come between 6pm and 9pm. Luis came right at 6:15pm. He was extremely courteous and took the time to explain everything to us regarding our furnace/AC unit. I originally called for a problem we were having but he also did furnace maintenance as well! I highly recommended Isaac Heating and Cooling, and want to thank Luis again for his time tonight.

I eve gave him a chance to sell me a new furnace, but he insisted that all I needed to do was repair the current one. The next day I was called that the part was in and my furnace was repaired by another professional technician, Keith Shaw. I was very pleased with the people, and the speed at which my repair was made.

All the Isaac employees follow the Isaac protocol and that includes Mike. He phoned ahead to let me know he would arrive within ten minutes, and he was here as promised. He went right to work and kept me posted of his progress. Several times he asked me if I had questions; and when I did, he answered them to my satisfaction. When he left, the work area was cleaner than when he arrived. I would highly recommend Mike and the Isaac company.

The problem with my furnace was unusual, and he ultimately had to get a more senior technician here to fix it, but I really appreciate his admitting that he needed more help, and thereby getting the furnace fixed properly. Terrible company. Their assignment was to set up a remote and sensor for my fireplace, all they did was show me how to move one switch to get the fireplace working. "For an actual sensor and remote, that will be $350 more." When I lived in Arizona a young man came in, fixed the fireplace, and set me up with a remote for $100.
