We contracted for the replacement of the windows in our home with Comfort in early spring of this year. The Quality and selection of windows offered by Comfort impressed us. Our salesman took the time to explain every feature of the window and how they excelled over the competitors’ offerings. He was very professional with his delivery and patient with the many questions we presented him. He offered many insights into the product and highlighted the features very well. Pricing was very competitive with the others, but it was my cousin’s recommendations that really sold me on Comfort. You see, his windows were installed last year and he just raved about the efficient installation, the courtesy and customer oriented attitude of the install team and how they were very careful to clean up after the windows were installed. He acknowledged that the follow up service was also top notch as they did have a small problem that was quickly corrected after the initial install. We give high marks for the salesmanship and professionalism of our salesman and similar high marks for the installation team. There were quick, efficient and courtesy. The install was done very well and we have not experienced any problems with the windows. The only less-than-excellent grade I can give was regarding the sales incentive. The cash offer for the person or persons who made the recommendation to purchase from Comfort. As I mentioned, the final decision was heavily influenced by the recommendation I received from my cousin and I was taken back when he told me he had not received the “cash reward”. Please tell me it’s only an oversight and that you’ll contact him shortly as I have recommended Comfort to several neighbor’s and actually invited them into my home to see and operate the windows in an effort to influence their purchasing decision. Once again, we love the windows and appreciate both the sales and service experiences we have had with Comfort Windows. Please keep up the exceptionally good work.

We installed a furnace and windows 6-7 years ago and on three occasions, we needed assistance from Comfort. Two had to do with the windows and one with the furnace. The after-the-sale support this company provides is phenomenal. In each instance, my issue was not immediately resolved over the phone. However, each time I was provided a timely call back to resolve all matters. Their product is great too. No more fading furniture;. no more condensation on windows;. much lower energy costs; All promises kept. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience throughout the entire process. The salesman who came to my home was friendly and knowledgeable. The crew who came to install my windows was also friendly. The crew foreman went out of his way to make sure I was happy when they were done. Unforeseen issues came up after removing two of my very old windows. He went above the quoted job to make sure I was satisfied. He and his crew took pride in their work and it showed when they completed the project.

Comfort installed all new windows and entry doors for me about two years ago. Everything went smoothly. Great people who are knowledgeable and conscientious about their craft. Not the cheapest by any means, but certainly one of the best. Outstanding results in heat and A/C savings have been noticeable. They installed a defective interior door. Poor craftsmanship. Install took twice as long as they said it would. Also gave us the wrong type of doors. One of the replacement doors was cracked when they showed up to our house. Horrible customer service. Unprofessional in ever sense of the word. Shady salesmen.
