I have worked at Phillips Home Solutions for about 6 months, part time, it is a very rewarding place to work. Not only have I learned a lot about public speaking, in dealing with customers face to face, but I have also gained so much in regards to Customer Service and Marketing in general. Definitely a place to build your resume and the training never ends. My boss always tells me that hard work and dedication will guide you to success, it’s the ones who have no work ethic or drive that end up failing and lash out for no reason at this company. Great company to work for.

I cannot believe how professional all team members from the inside call center to the sales team, to measurement and installers are. I have had many bad experiences in both customer service and sales in my life in a wide array of products and companies, but the team at Phillips Home Solutions crushed all my expectations with their exceptional product and service. I have worked for Phillips Home Solutions for well over 1.5 years now. My experience has been more then good, I am paid very well, they offer benefits that you can afford as well as contribute toward the premiums. Most people I work with are pleasant, everyone realizes we have a job to do and if we do our job and do it well, everyone is happy! Every company has their own "Negative Nancy" and there is nothing you can do about them. Remember there are 2 sides to every story!

I got a flyer from BJs to help me find someone to install windows for me. When I had someone come out to give me a price quote on how much it will cost me to replace my windows, I felt like I was going through a Timeshare. High pressure to buy and the guy leave in an awful mood once I said I was not interested in buying right then and there. Terrible salesmen.

Definite scam. Quoted us $47k to side our house when quotes from 6 other contractors were for $16-20k for the same brand of siding. Very pushy trying to get you to sign a contract on the spot. Do they wrap your house in gold for that cost?

These guys wanted over $10,000 to put foil wrap in an attic space. Are you kidding me. What a scam. Do some of your own research on line and learn the facts. Check out the many similar products and save your self over $9000 and DIY.
