I just bought a home and have a basement with a high water table. Healthy Basement Systems showed up, ON TIME, with knowledgeable technicians and a crew that was excellent in all the equipment they had installed to control the water issues. They spent quite a bit of time reviewing the existing pumps and piping and pointed out issues to me that, as a layman, I would have never picked up. The system that was there was clearly working against itself (which was easy to see once they pointed it out). The installation looks clean and crisp and without a maze of pipes that were removed. They cleaned up all the mess they made inside and out. When I called the office the staff was courteous and very helpful. Healthy Basements has expertise in a number of different "home improvement" offerings. I will check in with them first for the next work effort in my house to see if they can handle it. I would highly recommend Health Basements. They really are the experts

Bill Simone and his employees are absolutely interested in customer service. The advice we received from realties and friends in regards to our crawlspace issues were somewhat erroneous and not entirely accurate. We had brand new construction and due to problems with architectural inconsistencies and mistakes, water began pouring in. As soon as I spoke with the company I was treated with ultimate respect and made a difficult situation profoundly easier and performed their work with professionalism and respect for our home. I cannot accurately describe how pleased we were with their knowledge and work and would recommend them in the highest terms without qualification. Do yourself a favor and call them; you will not be disappointed.

After Hurricane Sandy left us with a flooded crawl space and 1 foot of water on the first floor of our house, we called Healthy Basements. They came and did their magic. Before hiring Healthy Basement, our crawl space would always have standing water after a rainstorm. The house would get all musty and humid. There was always condensation on the windows. I suffered with allergies. Since having our crawl space serviced, the house is perfect! No more water and no more allergies. Another plus is that the crawl space is now usable storage space. One of the best things we have done to our house!

I had Healthy Basements do my whole job - WOW! The started with installing a French Drain to control future flooding then they insullated the walls, installed the tile floor then installed all the walls. Here is the catch - I had this job done 4-5 years ago and I still Love it like it was done yesterday!!! I have no problems with the pump system and the workers were all great to have in my home.
