Hands down AMAZING service! Our air conditioner decided to quit working after hours on a Tuesday night, We placed one call and Mike was on his way! Once the problem was identified we were quoted a fair price and were given the promise of a working unit by Saturday and they brought and hooked up a portable to help in the meantime...I am pregnant and the heat is miserable, so when we were contacted with a THURSDAY instillation instead I was beyond elated! I have dealt with many companies in my years and Robinson Air has its ducks in a row. Mike was not only friendly and courteous with us adults he was incredibley patient and kind with our puppy and children all while handling his business in a professional matter. Thank you again for the prompt and professional service!

I woke up on a Wednesday morning to an AC unit on its last leg. I called Robinson later that day from work and I was given an appointment between 5-7pm later that same day. Thank the Lord! When I arrived home the temperature in the house was 96 degrees and it was actually cooler to sit in the garage and wait. Uggggh! Carl arrived at 6pm, introduced himself, and immediately took stock of the situation. My gut instinct was that this guy was not only professional and friendly, but that he was going to fix things. An hour later and Carl had replaced a blown fan motor and topped it off with Freon. The cold air began to blow from Heaven! Thank you Carl and thank you Robinson Air. I highly recommend your service (especially Carl)!

Excellent Service! Love That You Recycle. The central air and heat seem to be working fine. The job was challenging because the house and existing heat and air were ancient. The servicemen were prompt, professional, polite and very considerate. They went above and beyond my expectations for them. Robinson Air installed a complete new heating/cooling system. Was a very big job considering the placement of old system. But, with the knowledge and experience of the technicians, we now have an amazingly efficient new system. Been using Robinson Air for all our heating and cooling needs for over 3 years. Had a Robinson air tech come out and tell me the compressor was gone on my unit! $$$$ and had a second guy from another company come and look at it and all it ended being was one cheap fuse. So Watch out for Robinson , $$$$$$$
