Jacob & David is very knowledgeable and confident in what he stands for. He gave very honest opinions, not trying to be bluffing like some of other foundation contractors would do. He is a decent man. He helped us save thousands of dollars for the foundation of our over 100 years old house in Los Angeles Downtown area. We have around 50 email exchanges during the process. He was very busy but always found time to address my questions in time. It has been a very good experience working with David & Jacob

This company was a nightmare. I had some extensive repairs to complete in an apartment and literally everything went wrong. The communication between them and their contractors was non-existent. They would show up at the wrong time, not do what was on the bid, not do what I asked them to do, and they refused to perform certain work that my handyman ended up doing with ease. By far the most miserable experience I have ever had with any vendor.

i needed a retro fit done for a house my brother was purchasing in 2016 of July a month and a half ago. they came out same day all there plumbers are in house didnt have to wait a week for inspection. They did the ine inspection replaced my carbon monoxide detectors and smoke alarms and issued the certificate of compliance the same day

Great service needed some compliance work done requested by the stupid escrow before we sold so it had to be done glad I found express retrofitting they were local to my home in Los Angeles I was selling they were out same day and working they had a full Staff not like a few companies here that had to schedule you. Week in advance
