I bought a really old home, built in 1957, which was neglected quite a bit by the previous owners. During the kitchen remodel we found a rats nest above the stove! How gross is that, this was the last thing I imagined we would run into. I mean plumbing or electrical problems were to be expected but not this. It’s really amazing what you start to find once you start opening walls, especially in a really old home like ours. So we also decided to re-do our attic. We hired these guys to take out our old insulation and the old asbestos air ducts then install new insulation and ducts. The whole process took a couple days. On the first they came in to remove the old ducts. On the second day they removed the old insulation, installed the new ducts, and installed the new insulation. This unexpected project pushed our kitchen remodel back a couple days and if you’ve ever been in through a kitchen remodel you know time is precious, but it was well worth it in the end. I wouldn’t be able to live knowing all that trash was up there right above our heads. Thanks Attic Guys, you guys did a great job.

We can all agree that cleaning our home is a tough job to do it consistently, when it comes to the attic it’s the worst. Most of us, including myself have never even went into the attic often. One of our friends highly recommended Attic Guys to clean out the attic. After we read their reviews online we got an estimate. We booked them the same day and had service done at the end of that same week. The team set everything up and used a big machine that stayed in the driveway to suck out all the insulation. It has big hoses hooked up to it and that leads up to the attic where the insulation is. The machine was extremely loud but it seems it got the job done to get everything sucked out. Before cleaning my attic was in a worst condition and they cleaned everything and changed the insulation. Really, they did a great work for our home and I recommend the same to you all.

I have the worst luck with contractors, that all changed with this company. They sent out a stellar crew that knew how to take care of business. I’ll be honest, there have been a lot of contractors that let me down, either over charging me or providing poor quality work. While this company isn’t the cheapest around, they’re not the most expensive either and their work is outstanding. So far they’ve taken out my old insulation and in a couple weeks I’ll have them back to install new insulation and a whole house fan. From the front office admin to the field techs, they were all a pleasure to work with, I’m a satisfied customer.

The crew arrived ready to rock. These Gentlemen were clean, polite, respectful of my property and careful not to damage walls or furniture. They gave me a running report regarding the removal of old cellulose insulation and installation of the new fiberglass product during the process. They also let me know if they discovered any signs of rodent or other vermin infestation in the attic. Thankfully, there were none. As the Summer begins to heat up, I can definitely notice the difference in noise levels from outside, and that my AC system is more efficient. A great investment. Highly recommended.

The initial meeting went smooth and was pretty simple to get a quote right on the spot. The price was very reasonably and work was scheduled for the following Monday. The guys showed up as promised and work was done pretty fast. Actually the work could have been completed faster if more insulation was onsite. The foreman had to get more from a local supply house. Overall I was pleased with the quality of work and would highly recommend Attic Guys for your next insulation project.

Thank you so much for your help! Mike was amazing. He evaluated my attic, said it was in great condition, checked under the house, made some recommendations to clean out my attic and replace the insulation. He also told me the smell was actually coming from an opening in the floor under the furnace that vented down under the house. Then he volunteered to go back up into the attic and clear out my vents that run all along the edges of my room for free. Great service and attitude.
