We had a fireplace insert installed in our basement 5 years ago. It worked well until this heating season when it appeared that inadequate airflow to the fire gave smoldering burns and poor heating. A comfort specialist came out on 3 separate occasions and determined that the chimney cleaning which was done before this heating season had inadvertently left ash/creosote chunks in the chamber from the insert to the chimney. These were partially blocking the draft to the chimney. The three trips were necessary because the insert had to cool down before proceeding. Cleaning these out gave good draft up the chimney. The insert is working well now. Great friendly service at a very reasonable price with excellent results!

A technician arrived within an hour of my call. They provided electric heaters within an hour of the call for heaters, as I had no heat after my furnace died, and it was 12 below that morning! All their technicians were very helpful, polite and concerned. They arrived promptly at 8:30 in the morning, and worked until the job was finished at 5:30 p.m. Very professional in their business. I hope this furnace lasts a long time!
