The only word that comes to mind when I think of Green Rat Control is- Professional. I never had a rodent problem before and just did not know what to do. To make matters worse, I have a little infant at home which increased the anxiety and urgency to get this problem solved. I did my research and read some of the posting on Yelp and decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did. They were awesome. They came to the house, and eliminated my problem. They even followed up a few days later to make sure my rodent problem was completely eradicated, which is was. l am in debt to the staff at Green Rat Control and recommend them without hesitation. Thank you guys!!!!!!

We had something going on, again and again in the attic, it drove us crazy. We knew it was rats, but was not sure if there were raccoons again. I contacted your company, but did not want to pay the price or did not know that there was companies that clean out and seal attics. Well thanks to Dana, I hired Green Rat Control. Not only did she ease my mind and tell me that this company would get the job completed, but she promised cleanliness, professionalism, and a good result. All of the above was completed as promised. Had great responsive interaction with the office staff Dana and Gisselle. They both were timely in making sure schedules were made and all needed escrow paperwork was provided. They went the extra mile to assure my satisfaction. The performance of work was very time effective, and the property was left spotless afterwards. You never even knew they were there- except that the place was perhaps more clean than when they arrived. They also provided bast value for the work. Our work was rodent droppings clean-up, with removal and replacement of insulation. I highly recommend Green Rat Control.

Fast turnaround time from first call to resolution (one week) - their crew was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They are somewhat expensive, but have a warranty on their work (which no one else seems to have) so it seemed worth it to me. They were very thorough about looking for and sealing holes where rats could come in (we have a very complex house with lots of different roof-lines and peaks) and showing me everything afterwards. I have already recommended them to a friend.

I had three other bids but really liked the attitude and knowledgeable Dana on the phone. I got a great price and the job was huge! The guys came back a few days later and walked the whole outside of the house and made sure that it was completely sealed. I will use this company again and have recommended them to all my neighbors. Here in Fallbrook mice and rats in the attic are so common. Very happy with the work they did for me.

We were having rat problems with rats getting into a 4 unit apartment buliding. Green Rat Control came out and did an excellent job sealing up the building so that the rats could not get in to the building or the crawl space. They also did a great job getting rid of the smell of rat urine.
