Eric from Air Therm came today for the semi-annual preventive maintenance checkup. He was very professional and did a great job in checking out our system. He even informed us about a new device to protect us against the unit causing a future problem with the pan overflowing in the attic. We followed his recommendation and he installed the new sensor within a short period of time at a very reasonable cost. We have used Air Therm for years and highly recommend this company.

But the heroes of the day are James Smith and David Hopper who installed my new system on a brutally hot Saturday when they could have been at the beach.
