Best experience I have ever had with a heating and air conditioning company. Our heat pump died just before a forecast Winter Weather Advisory for our county. I called J & J Mechanical and within 24 hours they had converted us from a Split System to a Package System. They installed the new system and started it up before the freezing temperatures arrived. Everything looked great! Neat, tidy, clean…. Very Professional from contract to system startup. We were nice and warm ahead of the cold front. Thanks again J & J Mechanical.

J & J installed all the gas lines in my new home. I was in the home for 3 months and noticed some smell but did not realize it was gas. Natural gas rises and with 10 ft ceilings It went undetected for 3 months. I notified the gas company I thought I smelled gas. J & J installed all my gas appliances and I had severe leaks on 3 of 5 appliances. Thanks only to God I did not lose my family. The chronic gas exposure has made my 3 year old ill. Say away. So many mistakes it would take me all day. If you love your family stay away.

I would like to say that Glenn was very professional during the service call on 8/2/12. He was on time and came in and found the problem quickly and replaced the part that was needed. He advised me on each thing he was doing and made sure the air conditioner was working properly before he left. I was extremely pleased with the service and Glenn. The service not only from the service technicians but also the office staff is why I call J & J Mechanical for my heating and air condition needs. Thanks to a great company!

J&J did a fantastic job reviewing my space and calculating to determine the correct system for my home. Once we decided on which system to purchase, the workers who installed the system came quickly and were very professional, polite, up to date on technology and followed up to assure the system worked correctly. They cleaned up all the trash from the old system and assured they left our home clean. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to use them in the future.
