I called Town and Country to check on a quote from another company to see if it was legitimate because it seemed extremely high. After visiting with them they explained the situation to me and more than likely what I was getting. They then proceeded to tell me they could do the same thing for 1/3 of the price, but that would not be the best way to do the project. He told me my original bid was the best way to do the project and I was getting what was best for my home to make it the most efficient. Many companies could have and would have steered me the wrong way to make a quick buck, but not T&C they were honest and upfront with me and made sure I was satisfied and take care of even though I will not purchase this project through them. I can guarantee my next H&C need will be done by T&C! GREAT PEOPLE WITH GREAT INTEGRITY!

They are true technical and customer service professionals, they have the best communication system on the planet and they actually care about what they are doing. They arrive on time, call 15-20 minutes before they will be arriving, e-mail the bill, and just plain care about your heating and A/C needs. I have never been so impressed with any general service company. You need to call them today - for repairs, maintenance, or replacement!
