This is the most awesome company. We have used them several times in the past year. Our technicians Carmine Costello (service call) and Jeremy Wallace (new unit options) are absolutely fantastic. We have used Carmine before so requested him to come back. He could have ripped us off and done some work on the A/C that might have lasted a few more months but he was honest with us and said he did not want to take our money when he knew that the "bandaid" would not last this time. His last "bandaid" lasted about 9 months but we knew the A/C unit had got worse. Thank you Carmine for being so honest with us. He then sent us Jeremy to see what offers they might have in order to replace the unit. Again we got a fantastic guy. He did not pressure us on picking one and worked with us as far as payments. Thank you Jeremy for being a great guy too and not pressuring us. If I could give 10 stars I would. I totally recommend this company and especially these two guys. Their prices are also very reasonable.

Andrew was very professional, even when he had to wait for me to arrive so he could discuss the results of his inspection with me instead of explaining over the phone. He was thorough and gave me options and explained several components of his recommendation: the condensate line, duct sealing and insulation, the sediment trap, and vapor barrier. I will recommend him (and Jordan Air) to others. They may not be the cheapest option in Athens, but my experiences with them have been very positive and their work has been very high quality.

Excellent service and kind customer service representatives. The HVAC flooded at my residence and they were quick to respond and provided great service when they arrived. Their repairman was smart and suggested ways to avoid this issue in the future. I was working with another company for my rental property that was giving me the run around, while Jordan Air was quick and courteous. Highly recommend!!

Have long used Jordan Air, both before and after having them install new units at my home. Recently, serviceman Wolf H. came for the semi-annual maintenance visit and found some issues. He told me what was amiss and what the implications were and left it up to me to decide what needed to be fixed or could wait for a bit. No pressure or sales pitch, just informed opinion. We had a few estimates on our issues, the salesperson really made my husband comfortable with the entire process (and that says a lot) We were very satisfied with the amount of time and effort they took to replace and clean up the mold under the house. Some of the employees stayed late into the evening to get the job done. We highly recommend them !
