I recently had energy efficient windows installed by Power Home Remodeling Group and I am amazed by the quality and customer service. It’s only been a year since I bought my house and I wasn’t really planning to spend any more money into it. I bought my house during the early summer so my bills were not so bad when it comes to cooling the whole entire house. Once July and August hit my bills exploded due to cheaply installed windows that the previous owners rigged up with cheap standard hardware store brands. The winter was worse since the heat was escaping like crazy. Because of this I decided to go to the Philadelphia Home show to go window shopping ha ha………….eh. That’s where I first met the Power Home Remodeling Group sales rep. I told them my situation and they said that they would hook me up with a free quote. First of all these guys don’t play around when they tell you that they are going to call you they are on top of it. A representative came over my house to show me their company’s products. Right off the bat I was amazed by the durability of their custom windows. The crazy thing about it is that it’s made locally which was pretty cool. They will explain to you about Low e glass, their custom designed frames and the magic of argon gas. I was broke at the time when they come over my house so I didn’t agree to have windows install plus I was afraid to commit. As the heating bills started acting up again I’ve considered that the investment would pay for itself and gave them a call (plus my girlfriend shot my window with a bow and arrow a day before I decided to call them). I only wanted four windows done but when a sales representative come over a second time I went all out and decided to have 12 windows and a sliding door installed. First a project manager comes over the house and does a walkthrough then instructs the home owner on what to do before the project is started. Two weeks later they gave me a call 3 days before the install. They said that the windows would be done in one day. I was like yea right ok dude! On the day of the install a team of 7 guys went to my house at 9am on the dot. They first laid out tarps to keep my furniture clean and then pulled out all my windows and removed my old sliding door. They made sure that all of the new windows fit properly and were well insulated. Their truck is like mobile window factory if adjustments are needed they would just knock it out on the spot. The team was bunch of cool guys and made sure not to wreak my house during the install. They were like a bunch of construction ninjas. Once the windows were installed their boss did spot checks, showed me how the windows worked and how to maintain them. They promised me that they would clean up after themselves after the install and they kept their promise. After everything was completed they left my house spotless with no signs of debris. It’s crazy on how noticeable the room temperature have improved. Another plus was about 50% of the outdoor noise were reduced due to the new windows. Since they did a really good job I decided to have my gutters replaced as well, which will be done in about a month from now. Hey did I forget to mention that their products have a double lifetime warranty. Yo who does that?!? Their financing option is really good too for the quality of windows that they provide. Just think of it as an investment that will pay for itself. If you need things done to your house windows, roof, doors or gutters give them a call. Powers Home Remodeling had sent out 4 sales persons to sell go over siding, gutters and soffits. All 4 salesmen advised me they could put siding over stucco using ferring strips. We were going to do the project in 2 phases, so the gutters and soffits were complete. We set the date to install the siding. After numerous project managers visited my house and assured us the siding project could be done, the day that the material and dumpster were delivered the project manager advised me that this project could not be done. They could not put siding over stucco and the stucco would need to be removed another 5-10K. They cancelled the project. Also, when the installed my gutters they stood on my outside air conditioning unit and bent it. It was an new unit, so I called the company that installed the unit and they advised me the outside frame had been bent. Powers agreed to pay for the $79 for the estimate, however it has been over 2 months and they still have not reimbursed me the $79.00. I wish I had never purchased the gutters and the soffits. Powers will promise but cannot deliver. A word of caution, all sales persons advised me Powers takes no money up front, 1 month later they advised me they would need a deposit, so they could order the material. Also, be careful when they set up your date to begin work. They will give you one date, but then the date became 2 weeks later. Very Very poor service from Powers.

This was a great experience. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable and was patient with our questions. We replaced all the windows in our house. The crew that performed the work were high caliber and professional. They were considerate of our home, and needs (watching out for various pets, kids, etc..) and kept a clean work site. Diligent and professional in every way. The final appearance and quality of the work is top rate. We noticed an immediate impact regarding noise right away, and that our HVAC was not working as hard as we are normally used to hearing it. The windows are so beautiful we delayed in re-hanging blinds and things just because we enjoyed looking at them so much. The lifetime, no question, no care, no fault warranties are what really sold us. Every real estate and mortgage professional that I personally know, says that we made a great investment in the home and in potential resale. We decided to move ahead and have facia and lifetime warranty gutters and guards installed next. My only advice to those considering their services is to have a clear understanding of your personal finances. There are some excellent savings available if you can make same day decisions. PHRG will definitely be my first stop for any of the major contractor services they offer. I highly recommend them.

We bought windows from Power. The sales guy (Charles) came by the house to do a demonstration I was very skeptical at the beginning like anyone else would, but after the demonstration (which although long is very informative) we were convinced that we should get the windows. They came in few days later, measured every window and informed us when the windows were going to be installed. They called us and informed us that the windows had arrived before and that if it was fine with us they could do it before the schedule date. At this point I am still skeptical about the company (because of my previous experience with other companies before). The day of the installation they showed up to install the windows at the exact minute that they said they would. They immediately jumped on the job, no slaking around, no joking around, they took care of my property, and cleaned afterwards when they were done. Very professional, yet felt like they were old friends. Now about the product: Well, my house went from being a freezer with a heather to a warm cozy home that barely needs the heather on. The windows were very wort the price and the only regret I have is not knowing about this company before. Extremely pleased.

The experience we had with Power was phenomenal - The entire group was outstanding in every facet of our project - from the remodeling consultant Juliana, to the pre-inspection with Matt, the installers of our project Juan and Erlin, and our final step in the project with Mike and Brad for the post inspection - my husband and have come across many companies who have provided a presentation but did not follow through on the outcome - we have encounter representatives who expressed what their organization provides but in the end the results were nothing close to what was presented - we decided on getting our attic done with a Solar Eclipse Attic Installation and it was one of the best decisions we made - we had our project completed on 2/27/2017 and we are looking forward to energy efficiency moving forward - because of the outstanding experience we have decided to move forward in getting our next project done with replacing our gutters, downspouts, and fascia - we our looking forward to another great experience with Power - we may honestly say with no hesitation this company represents, explains, and provides the exact outcome in what is promised - also this company supports our Vets

Wow, I can’t say enough about Power HRG. I typically hate salesmen in my home, but John was wonderful. He made us feel comfortable with him and the Power products. My kids even got to try and destroy the fiberglass memory mesh screen on the sample. I really hate construction workers in my home. They tend to leave a big mess and act like I am in the way. The Power installers were very professional and friendly to me and my kids during the installation. They cleaned up after themselves and left my home cleaner than it was when they came. I was not really excited about spending the money on the windows. However, when I saw the new windows in place, I was so excited. My kitchen looked brand new and so did the outside of my home. I was shocked at how much a difference a few new windows could make. I have never recommended anyone that has done remodeling on my home to friends and family. Power HRG is the only company I would recommend. They are friendly, professional and easy to work with and more importantly, they do what they say they will do.

Unbeknownst that I was in the market for new windows, a Power Home Remodeling rep knocked on my door one afternoon to share info about their services. I decided to set up an appointment with them to get more information about their products & services. From the very beginning the sales guy Dan was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I was so impressed by the products & services they offered, and especially how personable the experience was. From the beginning of the process through to the day of install all personnel was communicative, knowledgeable, and concerned with my needs & questions. They arrived at my home promptly on time for all scheduled appointments and completed the job timely as outlined in my paperwork. I also felt very secure with the investment considering what the warranty offered as well as them being fully insured. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for these services, and I will be contacting them in the future for any other remodeling work I elect to get done.

7/20/15 - Did a great job, very professional and always let us know what was going on. 8/13/15 - Sales people came in during install and we decided to have them do one more window. Offered a discount to finish the front of the house.Installer came and measured for what was ordered and the style window they sold us would not work. Was then told it would be just over $900 more to do a window that would work. Cancelled! Also, three windows we ordered were made incorrectly so now those had to be remade and are to be installed this coming Wednesday 8/19/15. 8/19/15 - Took the day off work so they could install the windows that they manufactured in error for the 7/20 install. At 8:15 someone called and said the window was manufactured incorrectly and they need to reschedule the install...again!!!! Initial appointment was in June...so, IF things go right on the new September install date we will be 3 months since initial meeting to install. Not to mention another lost day of work. Will update in September...

I would say that my wife and I are extremely hard customers to please when it comes to home remodeling, .When we decided to change out our windows we were not certain who to use...But thank God there are professional experts, with excellent quality products at awesome and affordable prices.....Power Home Remodeling...Our experience was overwhelmingly wonderful, Every employee that I spoke to were very courteous, and helpful, they made sure that we were satisfied all the way, The workmanship was superb, they showed respect for our property and they even left it cleaner than it was.
