Attic Kings Inc. We recently had the pleasure of working with Jonathan & the other tech at Attic Kings. We highly recommend them! We had a severe problem with roof rats in our rental property, and they came out to investigate within hours of calling. They diagnosed the problem(s) that night and came back the very next morning to start work. They were thoughtful, considerate, prompt, professional, clean and most important to me, honest. They did what they said they were going to do. And it worked. On or about ten days later (as they quoted) our problem was solved. They were awesome! Please use this company. I recently had a run-in with raccoons in my attic. I work nights, so I was losing sleep during the day because of their rambunctious behavior and noise. I was telling my coworker about it, and he recommended Attic Kings. I called them up, they worked around my schedule and gave me a great price. They came back out the next day put up exits and the raccoons left, and could not get back in. Attic Kings came back out and sealed up the holes. They did such a great and fast job at getting them out, I went ahead and hired them to clean the attic out. Attic Kings is a very reliable and well grounded company. I will pass their info on to anyone who needs their help in the future.

Attic Kings are the best when it comes to removing unwanted "guests" from your home! One evening a few months ago, my family and I were sitting in the entertainment room and all we heard were scratching noises coming from the ceiling. I immediately went to google and located Attic Kings and some other wildlife removers. In reading the reviews and bio I immediately contacted Attic Kings. My call was answered and I was scheduled for inspection and removal the next day. The customer service was impeccable and Attic Kings takes pride in their work. As of today, I am rodent free! Outstanding customer service. We had a bat under our deck in between our plank boards for a few months. We called 2 companies out prior to working with attic kings. Each company quoted us approximately 400-450 to remove the bat and place the bat trap. We called attic kings and spoke with Mariah who was lovely. She was in constant communication and sent Jimmy out to our home. Jimmy was able to retrieve the bat, install the bat trap, spray disinfectant and inspect our attic for critters all for under $300.00 total. Very reasonable! Highly recommend! My elderly parents were having an issue with squirrels and rats in their attic and walls. I went online to find a good and trust worthy company and came across Attic Kings. JJ came out found all the holes and gaps and gave a reasonably priced quote. I agreed with the price and told my parents to go ahead and have them come out and do the work. They came out the next day and the nasty critters were gone within eight day. I would recommend JJ and his crew to anyone having these issues. Nice, friendly and fast service.

I had a great experience with Attic Kings for squirrel removal. Attic Kings was extremely responsive, professional, efficient and cost effective. They were very thorough and guaranteed their work to ensure the entry for squirrels was closed off . They also found where birds were coming through the gutters and took care of that as part of the cost of the squirrel removal process. They were in and out within 2 hours and thoroughly went over every aspect of my home to ensure the squirrels could exit and not enter.

I was called back to schedule a free estimate for squirrel removal. After scheduling my appointment I was called by the technician and told we don’t do squirrel removal. I contacted this company because it clearly says that on your website. My interest was in whatever method that is used. I don’t know if it’s a physical removal or another option. Either way that needs to be communicated to potential customers and not falsely advertised.

After a year of having a woodpecker nesting in the stucco siding of our chimney (and multiple attempts to get rid of the bird) JJ and his team were able to solve our problem in under 30 mins. We hired another pest removal company to get rid of the squirrels in our attic. The company came out numerous times, but was not able to get the job done. Attic Kings came out one time and was able to make sure the work got done properly. We had to re-hire them after the installation of our new roof, and had the same experience. I call attic kings because I had opossums chewing holes in my roof. They trapped 3 opossums. Then a week later they came out and sealed three holes. Because the opossums had all been trapped. I called Attic Kings and John and Calvin came out and found that the noise I was hearing, was a nest of birds that decided to take up residence in my bathroom fan. The birds were removed (using some sort of bird blower) then they screened the vents. Great Job Attic Kings! I would highly recommend this company!!
