Chris Dennis, Anwar and Richard from ACE (Air Conditioning Experts) Atlanta, today as a team, completed a very large residential air-conditioning installation of a TRANE unit at our home in the Victoria Estates neighborhood by Emory University and the CDC. The system has 3 zones for maximum comfort in our 3-level home. Chris, Anwar and Richard were very professional and neat in their work. They made sure that every aspect of the installation was explained to our complete satisfaction. We would recommend Chris, Anwar and Richard of A.C.E. to anyone interested in a professional installation of a heating/cooling system in their home.

Had 2 new units installed for upstairs and downstairs- after calling them for 2 weeks to finally get a technician out there because they somehow "lost" the approval information from the management company. That should have been the first sign. New units installed, the guys that came out could not have been nicer. However, they have been back 2 times already because the air continues to stop working. One unit stops spinning, the other stops blowing cold air, then the other unit stops spinning . I have had to call for 2 days now to get someone to call me and schedule a time for them to come out for what will be the 3rd time now.

I do not typically leave 1 stars unless I feel I others should be warned. (Actually, not sure I ever have) AC Experts installed 2 units at my home in 2015 and neither have functioned correctly since install. I have had them out twice this summer and trying to get them out again. I get the run around ... eventually I get someone out and they are nice... and it works fine... for a while. My 3rd unit in my home - installed in 2007 continues to outperform. Just be cautious and get multiple opinions.

I will like to take the time to express how grateful I was to have a technician perform so diligently on the job. He was very detailed when answering my questions and explaining any problems to me. This Gentleman did not rush in the least but was very thorough despite the extreme outdoor working conditions, mind you it was at least 100 degrees! Now my home feels cooler than ever before, I am indeed a satisfied customer. I would absolutely recommend Richard Griffiths for the job! Thank you!

They were great. I had 2 technicians come to my house at different times. They did not charge me for my 2nd or 3rd call since it had been less than 30 days. The 3rd call was because my breaker had tripped. The technician recognized it right away and we both laughed about it, although I was mortified that I could have fixed that without him. I would definitely use them again. They do not price gouge and were very friendly.

They did the work as planned by our management company. However, they did not clean up after themselves and left without helping set the A/C wall program unit, which is not working properly. They did not check to ensure the air is being cooled properly inside the home, only checked the temperature at the outside unit. They determined that a second A/C unit may have a problem, but that I needed to call the office about that.

We recently moved into a home that has a new central heat and air unit that was installed by this company. Initially it was clear the return was too small and needed to be enlarged. Return line wasnt attached to the plenum, anything that was easy to reach was sealed. If it was difficult it was left undone.Very poor workmanship I have seen. I would not recomend this company.
