We worked with Skyline to remove roof rats that were in both our attic and crawl space. I cannot say enough about the quality, professionalism, and thoroughness of the service. We worked with Daniel, Cody, and Sean and all of them were patient with our questions (especially when I was freaked out about rodents in our house!), always on time or early for appointments, and did a great job cleaning up. We were very grateful for their excellent work!

I called about a bill that was sent after my yearly agreement was up. Jackie answered the phone yelled out "Trying to get out of a bill I hate people like you". Not very professional, especially since I was inquiring as to why I recieved a bill when I had a yearly contract and if that contract was up why was I not notified for renewal vs Skyline sending service out without my calling?
