Cody who was the Sales Manager on the Phone set up 10 Yards ( my Estimate). He sent a very pleasent gentleman Named Eddie was the driver who was exactly on time showed up right behind Lorenzo who brought the pump both guys were very neat putting thick Plastic down on my street so as to not stain the sidewalks. It was cold out and they were very patient. While we had to wait for the pump to start we had a small mishap however they had already called to have another pump come it was not need between Lorenzo and Eddie we poured not 10 but 12 yards.The truck holds 10 so with out even a word on a Saturday the Driver Eddie Pelham returned to finish the drive way past his scheduled work time On a Saturday. I totally would use Carrolls again... Next, I will order Railroad ties Then red mulch and top soil. One Stop Shopping and they are Local to Pinellas based in St Pete Not only were they neat and efficent but they were very respectful to my Grass and bushes. Thanks Carrolls thank you Eddie & Lorenzo Cody tell the guys the Slabs looks Great!!!

They no show, no call! and as my delivery date was on the weekend, their office was closed. I called the following business day and was told that I was on the schedule. The driver should have been there. Clearly they have no respect for their customers time. I guess they can treat us like garbage while the economy is booming and they are busy. Call Niagara, or Cemex.... if you value your time.

I just want to say thanks to Arthur. My friend a designer and myself a Realtor went with a lot of question to the store. Arthur was super busy and he took the time to show us the materials, color, the difference of color pouring water in the stones and always with an smile. We are so happy that we have this great company in town and such a good customer service.!!!

Excellent materials. One of the few places you can (might) find gorgeous old brick. And their selection, service, and knowledge is outstanding. I used to drive here for gardening and landscaping projects when I lived in north Tampa. Highly recommended local supplier for both amateurs like me and (obviously) the continual flow of contractors there whenever I go.

The associates were very helpful on the phone when I inquired about the top soil for gardening. They helped estimate a quantity for my project and delivered the soil on time with a courtesy call an hour beforehand. The quality of the soil is top notch and worth the price. I plan to use them again in the future for other landscaping needs.

Dropped by first thing this morning picked out the stone I wanted asked some questions about how much stone I would need for my project they had no clue. Told me they would call me back as soon as they had the stone weighed up that I ordered, no call back of course. Guess my $600 order is not worth the effort for them.

Extremely poor service. Concrete was scheduled for a 1:30 P.M. Sat pour. Paid crew and cancelled Sat plans for the pour. No show and no call to cancel. And no it did not rain here - Did however rain in other local communities - Biggest gripe - Very poor management that does not notify customer of a cancellation

I went to Carroll’s Building Materials in search of an odd size block. They had plenty (Home Depot and Lowe’s didn’t). Nice employees helped me locate them even though my purchase was insignificant they treated me like I was spending a fortune. Impressed with the selection and better yet the customer service.

Great landscaping selection and excellent customer service. There is a guy who works there, his name is Arthur, and he was such a friendly knowledgeable person. Look for him, he is great, also the guys at the office were good too. The place has lots of materials to choose from. Highly reccomend it.

Very busy and a pain waiting in line for service but the guys that helped us were great, very nice. Awesome experience being able to pick out the boulders for our landscaping. Delivery was on-time as scheduled and would definitely use them again

Simple math is difficult for this downward spiraling, use to be quality, landscaping suppliers company. Customer service and efficiency is not important to these guys. I would not recommend, even to an enemy.

Great selection of mulch ,rocks, stones and shells. They can deliver, or you can pick it up yourself. They do big bulk orders, or smaller bags of whatever you need.
