One word comes to mind. Professionalism. After experiencing such shady sells tactics by a previous contractor (sent from American Home Shield Warranty), we were in dire need of efficient and thorough service. Absolute Air Conditioning had been referred to us by family members who had regularly used them. Chris (owner) promptly called me and came out to my home to inspect. He gave us a "very" reasonable quote and his guys actually STARTED WORKING ON THE DAY AND TIME HE PROMISED. To no surprise they were just as professional as Chris and replaced our entire AC unit in under 4 hours (UNREAL). No messes left behind and other than the new unit, my garage and backyard were left exactly the way it was before the guys showed up. The best part is that because we were in such bad shape with a house hovering at 86 degrees, Chris brought us his portable AC unit to use until they could come out and replace the AC unit. I would highly recommend Absolute Air Conditioning & Heating to anyone in need of an honest, thorough and professional AC contractor.

My A/C stopped working properly so I called the AC company that installed it. After waiting 5 hours for a return phone call and the technician showing up 3 hours late he tells me that it is working fine and leaves. The next day ( after a sweaty night) I call Absolute Air. They person who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful and told me a tech would be out in a few hours and that she would call before he comes. He showed up right on time, diagnosed the problem ( clogged drain ), fixed it and was done in about 1 hour. My only small complaint was the attitude of the techs that fixed it. They are not very friendly, but they did fix it for a reasonable price.

I had the guys at Absolute install an outside blower and inside unit in my Clearwater condo. The customer service was excellent and everything was well explained. Chris even let me borrow a temporary AC unit until they replaced mine. The work completed was very solid and appeared as if they went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect and the overall price seemed fair. I am very happy with my experience. If need be I would call them again and definetly recommend Absolute AC.

Wish there were more stars than 5 to give! I called first thing in the morning and they were out by 10 to fix it. I fully expected to hear that I needed to replace the unit but the tech said it was not that old so really no reason. He did point out that the newer units were more energy efficient. Honesty and communication are great things to have and hard to come by these days but this company has it all. When it comes time to replace I know exactly who to call!

My rental house AC was not performing and I called Absolute Air in Pinellas County. They were professional and courteous all thru the process. We finally decide to replace unit with more efficient unit and WOW what a difference. What I loved about Absolute is they did not try to up sell me on things I did not need! As far as I am concerned Absolute AC is my new go to for all my AC needs from now on! Thank you and I highly recommend them for all you AC needs!

Absolute A/C is AWESOME! We had a drain issue, so we called several A/C repairmen to assess the problem and everyone we called gave expensive worst-case scenarios. When we talked to Absolute, they seemed to have a good idea of what the issue was and a cost effective way to address the issue. When they came out, the tech was patient and thorough in his explanations and the repair they provided was perfect and VERY affordable.

Absolute is the absolute worst! The company promised me over the phone they would repair the unit. When the tech arrived he did not even inspect the unit before saying he would need to replace it. The tech leaned on the unit and released some of my Freon during a pressure check. No doubt trying to make the system fail. These guys are scam artists! Avoid at all costs!

Awesome! This company is great. After having a horrible experience with a different company, the owner of this company came out and was able to fix the problem within an hour. We were living in 90 degree heat inside for days while the other company kept promising to fix it. I am so happy I called Absolute Air.
